 The girl from his team ran around looking for him everywhere. "Ozzie?" She called out as she walked around. Eyes glanced to see a small group of guys.. "Ozzie?" She called out to the group. Sadly, she had not spoken to this kid from her team but she was going to try and make friends.

 as they passed by the path towards the forest on the way to the cliff, ozzie's ears pricked up at the sound of...was that his name? "hu-hullo?" ozzie called towards the sound of the voice. he soon saw the blue girl heading their way. he hadn't met her that he could recall, but he'd seen her around at the campfire ceremonies so he knew she must be on his team. "oh, h-hi there. did you see one of my flyers? do you know where steggy is?" he questioned hopefully.

Serena smiled at the greeting. So this was Ozzie. Ugh she felt awful for not interacting with him sooner then this. But her smile faded a little. "I"m sorry I haven't. I was wondering if I could help you look for him since he seems to matter a lot to you." She waved to the group around Ozzie and beamed to Ozzie himself. "I'm Serena by the way. Sorry we haven't talked before this, been kinda running around in this madness of an island."

"n-nice to meetcha, serena. and thanks for helping out, 'm really glad that you wanna come look with us." he talked as the group walked towards the cliff. "'n i understand about the crazy, i wasn't even s'posed to be here."
finally, they approached the lake at the base of the cliff. he glanced around, reorienting himself from the first challenge. "o-ok everyone. so, there's where we jumped off," he pointed towards the cliff edge. "'n where i dropped steggy. 'n there," he gestured to the shore below, "is where i climbed out of the water. i couldn't see him after i got out, but i'm hoping that somewhere along there is where we'll find him."

Asher introduced himself to Serena and grinned as the ever-growing group headed towards the cliff. This was the longest amount of time he had spent socializing with campers from another team so far. Oddly enough, they seemed just as nice as any of his own teammates.
Once they had reached the base of the cliff, Asher frowned. This definitely didn't seem like where he had seen steggy. The brightly colored perma quickly shrugged it off, he couldn't even be sure if he had actually seen the dinosaur plush to begin with. "Mm kay. So this is where we search first."

ozzie wandered along the shore, peering under bushes and behind large rocks as he went. not even a flash of purple. he sighed, then he looked up at the cliff. he gritted his teeth and started climbing up the trail. he figured he would get a better overall view of the area from up on top. purple would stand out against the blue of the water and the yellowish of the sandy dirt, right?
finally, panting, he made it to the top. he made his way to the edge of the cliff, and clinging on with all his might he peeked over the edge. he saw the small, colorful forms of his new friends down below, but still no sign of steggy. he gazed over as much of the lake as he could, and all across the stretch of shore, but no signs of his purple stegosaurus anywhere. well, he had to give it a shot. he backed away from the cliff edge and headed back down the trail towards his companions.
"n-no luck up on the cliff," he wheezed breathlessly as he approached them. "anyone down here find anything?"

The girl smiled brightly and gave a wave to Asher. Upon hearing Ozzie's explanation, she entered the water carefully only going as high as her knees, so that the water was too shallow for these blasted sharks. She carefully combed around the line of the beach, and sighed upon Ozzie's return. "I'm sorry, Ozzie. I looked everywhere along the sands, and water and he's not floating around these shores anymore." She gave a gentle comforting smile. "Maybe he floated up onto land or along the cliff side." She wanted to offer him hope.

ozzie gulped in a few more breaths until his breathing had returned to normal. "thanks, serena." he then looked to asher and nicky. "any luck with you two? if not then i'm thinking we may need to move on'n cover more ground. cuz i looked everywhere i think he could be here 'n didn't find a trace of him anywhere."

((ooc: Oh god i'm so sorry I haven't replied here! D| I started falling into a bit of an rp funk sweatdrop ))
For most of the time they searched Nicky had been solely dedicated to looking for Ozzies stuffed toy, tripping maybe once or twice in the process. When he heard Ozzie ask him if they had any luck, he sighed. "Not at all, sorry Ozzie."

"th-that's ok nicky, thanks for trying." he looked around at the small gaggle of campers. "i think we should prolly head back towards the main camp. if steggy's not here then maybe someone found him after the challenge 'n brought him back with them 'n has him somewhere at the main camp." he gave one last glance around, then started heading down the path back towards the cabins.

((ooc: sorry I've been slow as well. Trying to get used to school again has left me with less gaia time))
Asher hadn't had any luck either. Of course, he hadn't been looking awfully hard, after all, he was too preoccupied with where he had seen steggy. He couldn't have imagined it, could he? It seemed like it had been so recent too.
"That's a good idea Ozzie! Maybe we can ask around or something." He bounced along, following the small group back to camp.

"Okay lead the way Ozzie!" She beamed with a smile, tail wagging a little. She was full of hope. "We could also look along the trails too, in case he was accidentally dropped along the way." She didn't want to tell Ozzie it was also possible that they tossed him too. No, she wanted to leave him with a good impression of the other campers.

"o-ok." ozzie said as they padded down the path towards the main part of camp. "i figure when we get back to camp we can split up, cover more ground that way. check in the cabins 'n *gulp* mess hall 'n maybe even in the forest a little."
