Ripping Off Inle's post
Lyris is not to be adopted out, she is not to be NPCed, and no ending is to be written to her story--except by me as I am the only one with access to all of the details of it.
Unless by some horribly tragic accident in where I die a bloody death, I will not leave without some sort of notice. If I simply disappear for several month without any sort of warning, assume me dead. In that case, Lyris should vanish as well.
If I leave willing, I will write an ending to her story before doing so.

Please lord, don't let this happen but:
Pales Quits:
Armel is not to be adopted out, NPC'd, or given to someone else. If I quit, I will set up his 'disappearance' and or other such things. Though since only a select few know what I have/had planned for him from now until the end of forever... It is likely best that he just 'disappears' along with his Author. Less complications, but not really less heartache.
Pales is made to 'Disappear':
In the unfortunate circumstance that some form of Mafia group appear at my doorstep and give me a lovely set of cement shoes to wear to the bottom of the sea -- I still would rather not have Armel' adopted out, NPC'd, or given to someone else. That is because all current notes I have would probably 'die' with me. So likely he ran away, went coocoo for coacoa puffs, or just ceasing to exsist in some way, shape, or form. That is all that anyone can assume depending on what stage I had apparently left him at in his life. =3

I, Mintaka Khariel, of questionable body and quirked mind, do declare the following in the following events, should they transpire:
My Willful Vanishing
Should I, Mintaka, willfully leave this realm forever unto the end of time, never to return, I will either find a candidate to take up Aurora's care, or else, I shall make sure she is written out fo existence - however should the shop wish to keep her on as an NPC, I will not deny them this and allow it should they request. Otherwise I shall handle the matter personally and ensure her future or disappearance, depending upon things. Should the worst happen in immediate willful vacancy of Gaia, I desire that I be allowed 3-4 months for a return anyway - if I do not in that tijme arrange something or otherwise end her tale, then I would desire the shop either to NPC her, or hold a prompt for her. [Which may happen should I have no suitable candidate able to care for her.]
Sudden Death or Kidnapping
Should I vanish, for more then 3-4 months, with no word, no login, and no response to any contact I would ask that the Shop please attempt to find her a home, as I have likely been seriously maimed beyond control of all things and will not be able to handle caring for her as I should. The shop is, otherwise, allowed to NPC her as needed/desired until she is found a new home. I would hope, in this event, the next author seems to understand where I was going, and respects her past.
In either event I may have a contingency 'prompt' for use by staff to find her a good home, should I be unable or incapable of finding her a new caretaker. This will likely be in her journal somewhere or otherwise available, in these events, should they transpire.

I, Cassi [of the stars], hereby declare the following should happen in the event of my disappearing:
Willing departure
If I should willingly leave Gaia, I will take into my own hands the matter of Olivia's fading from existance.
Disapperance
Should I mysteriously drop off the face of the earth, it is my wish that Inel-Roo take care of Olivia's death. If Inel-Roo is unavailabe and unreachable then Lemonline, if she not available then Huni.
It is my express wish that Olivia meet her end should I no longer be able to care for her because she would nor could go through another adoption. She would rather die.

I, Shiroi Mikomi, of more or less sane mind and body, declare that in extreme circumstances, the following should happen to Miako:
If I willingly leave Gaia Online of my own free will, I shall arrange for the continued guardianship/dissappearance of Miako.
If I am forced to leave by circumstances out of my control, I would not like anything to happen to Miako for a while, in case I am able to return. If I do not return for several months, I would like her to become an NPC controlled by Huni or Syrie for metaplot purposes, or to be written back in to the tome.

I, Jerava Anios (Ithiltari), do leave this document regarding Elena's fate in good hands.
In the event that I willingly leave Gaia:
Elena is to be offered to Nimaina Sekan, Thabara, Ioyla, or Inle-Roo (in that order) for adoption. If they all decline, Elena is to be rehomed in a prompt based free RP event, that I would stick around for and help judge, so the best person would get Elena.
In the event that I unwillingly leave Gaia:
Pretty much the same as above; however, in the event that I suddenly disappear, please attempt to contact me first. Nimaina Sekan (assuming she's not gone as well), Shenshi, or Ioyla have my contact information, and the first two know me in real life. If no one can contact me, or I am, in fact, dead or otherwise incapacitated, the same events should occur as noted above. Minus the me helping judge, of course.

I, Nimaina L. Sekan, hereby write this, my last will and testament. If I should disappear from Gaia, these action should be take in regards to Mehiyal.
Willingly Leave GaiaOnline:
If I leave gaia of my own will (doubtful) I will kill of Nimaina and specify a new guardian for Mehiyal at the time of her death. (mainly because the people I'd possibly give guardianship to are too many to list)
Forcefully Leave GaiaOnline:
If I am dead, incapacitated, or completely removed from internet access suddenly, guardianship of Mehiyal will go to Jerava (Ithiltari) or whoever she deems appropriate. If she is similarly gone, Mehiyal is to become an NPC.
*As Ithi stated, we know each other IRL. If I'm forced to leave and still have all my wits about me, I'll specify a new guardian through her*

Should I willingly leave, I will see fit that Nalira disappears, making refuge underground to live the rest of her life; vanishing without a word.
Randomly unresponsive
Should I suddenly drop of the face of the Earth, am no longer able to take part in Gaia, vanish or any other means of disappearance it is my wish that if, after several months of inactivity, Anemosagkelos take care of Nalira's disappearance. If unable, then Huni Pi. If both are unavailable, then Smerdle.

well if everyone else is gonna do it
I ladyumbra declare this my current will and testement ( open for changing often I'm sure)
Umbra leaves gaia of her own freewill (ahahahah): Should this happen one of 3 things will happen
1.I will write out Tiwaz dissapearing back into chaos ( hopefully minus the sheep).
2. Tiwaz will be given to anew guardian either disinclined, koosheka, reremazing or dark77778.
Umbra dissapears or is forced offline : I will be leaving several of my friends copies of Tiwaz's disspearance scene to be sent to the shop should this happen. The scene will be open for interpretation incase I somehow mange to return. In this instace Huni and syrie are permitted to use Tiwaz for the advancement of the shops plot but she will not be an NPC per say.

If I disappear and nobody can get a hold of me through Inel-Rue or Glitterati, then I would like Ezra to just vanish or melt back into the Tome.

In the event I decide to leave Gaia, I'll PM Huni about what to do with Ame.
In the event I tragically die or am rendered completely unable to handle anything on-line, I ask that Ame become a shop NPC and handle all these other unfortunate deaths. wink

I, Kyrianna, being of questionable mind and less than perfect body, do hereby name the following actions to be completed should the Unthinkable Occur:
Leaving Gaia Willingly: This is a very unlikely event, but should it ever happen, I will write her disappearance myself.
Leaving Gaia Forcibly: The only way I'd probably leave Gaia is if a pack of rabid werewolves crawled from some nearby book and ripped me to shreds. In the occurance of a gruesome death or horrible accident which leaves me incapacitated, I request that Khalindra's guardianship be offered to The Nozomi. If Nozomi cannot take her, I'd really like Pales to if it's possible, because at this point he knows Khali better than anyone and Armel has a fairly large stake in her.
If neither are available to take care of Khali, I request that she's killed off in some honorable way and sent into the sky as a constellation, as she very well should be. It's only a right and proper for a celestial gypsy and creator of stars, right? However, please give six months of inactivity before this, as in the case of me coming back, I'd hate to have her gone. I in no circumstances want her rehomed.

Alright, I suppose I'll do this although the odds of me leaving willingly without notice are slim and as Smerdle said earlier (I think it was here, anyway) if I'm dead or in the hospital I won't be able to see what you do anyway.
But. If I leave willingly, I will wrap up all of my current characters' storylines. If at that time, Zayne is still alive - I don't mind someone taking over her character provided they don't like ignore everything that already happened to her. If QS wants her, she can have her. If not, and it doesn't matter to me, then I would prefer someone was chosen through a writing contest and QS was forced to be one of the judges.
If I just disappear and am truly gone for over 6 months (and people like QS who know my phone number can't get in touch with me), then I guess I would like her to fade away. She is in the middle of a whole bunch of my own personal plots right now (and I'll edit this as that changes) - and it would be weird for someone new to come in and change all that.
What is truly tricky is that Zayne is bonded to two feien fairies - and it would be utterly bizarre if they didn't go with her. So, uh, hopefully Em will allow them to be kept with the character even if she is tranferred to someone other than myself. Should I leave with notice, I'll make sure the new person has access to the Zayne Trouble mule.

Here's my own to pieces.
If I never return to gaia with no word after 6 months, then I'd appreciate it if Nen could die in some way in the meta plot so that he's not completely forgotten. smile
However, if I choose to leave gaia willingly, then I'd like it if Nen were adopted out in a writing contest. His story is very dear to me, so I'd appreciate it if the new adopter would follow it as closely as they could.

Diae is...my life-line on gaia. I've worked hard on him and for him, to finilize his plot and his Ragwitch concept is a piece of my mind. I do not want him to be adopted of given away. Like Baniru, I would like him to dissapear in a metaplot or some sort of function. If needed, he can become an NPC of the shop. If neither can happen, I want him to melt back into the tome.
Otherwise I will roleplay his dissapearance or death, the above is only if I dissapear from gaia for over 6 months (?) without notice.
I hope this never happens...
