It was settled then! A dazzling grin lit up Una's already bright face. "Thank you for helping me with this," the Sacrifice spoke earnestly, mindful of her heady scheme, "If you ever need a favor, I should like to repay you."
"Since you ask it of me," Una spoke slowly, mimicking Shinda's smirk, "I will battle against you in the best ways that I know how, though I've never learned properly."
She pictured, in her mind's eye, the wounds Shinda had promised to inflict- and wondered, vaguely, if putting up a fight would make them more believable. It didn't really matter, not as long as Petra returned.

Well, well, that was exactly what Shinda liked to hear. The Sacrifice's help could come in handy in the future, though she had no inkling how at this point in time. Time would tell, and it was always advantageous to have some allies on her side. There were dark times ahead for the pride; trouble that had nothing to do the Dhati's intentions were also brewing.
"Good." She grunted, turning to continue on her patrol. "Come find me when you're ready."
