Okay, So now I need to read through profiles and make sure I have the basic idea of the rules, as well as watch people's RPing? I think I'll start watching closely now.

No. You don't. You look through the grass profiles if you are kusakage. Otherwise, let the others deal with bad profiles with illegal items, and new users with a jonin rank. You can watch other people's RPing if you want, but be aware people will b***h and moan the second you make a decision.

He used to, but he isn't around anymore. Now it's mostly me and sumi who does stuff. Other than the ones who do the usual approving of jutsu, clans, and puppets.

WoW...she isn't the only one with problems...I've basically had to leave the rock village because every new member wants to be the next naruto or sasuke or who else from the freakin show or manga. No one truly wants to make their own rpc which is why villages such as mine suffer. I try inviting ppl and they just flow into the cloud, leaf, or sand village. It almost makes me want to give up too, but I don't because i hate the idea of quitting and quitters.

Well I think we tried that and it didnt work. We closed off leaf, but then people just left cause they ncouldnt be in leaf. Then leaf went inactive somewht so it opened back up.
Oh and Im back, so my village MINE : D
