Named characters are a great way of making players grow attached to them and maybe creating a repertoire of favouritism.
I've learned the following in a GW store today:
- The models can be used for regular 40k
- While the Terminators are all unique the Stealers sadly have some duplicates
- The boards while cardboard, are most sturdy, retard proof and compatible with old first edition tiles
- The set of rules is mostly first edition with some minor changes, so it will have a timer for the Terminators, action points, blips, points of entry, the CAT unit and the classic scenario of several Terminators pitted against impossible odds that reeks of unfair balances
- There are twelve missions in the book, most of them classics from the first edition
- The GW website will host a thirteenth mission along with an article on how to create your own missions
- BL has tasked Gav Thorpe with writing a tie-in novel

ZOMG!
And I thought last edition of termies was cool looking!
Sadly my army runs on all-hammer assault termies since introduction of 3+ inv stormshields made them too good choice. And already got librarian in termie armor with guess what wargear converted to him?
