Xenon dropped the genjutsu before it could sap any more to of his chakra. He watched as the man slid down the wall shivering, and turned to the others with an unconcerned expression.

Kimiko was staring with slight alarm "What...what did you do to him?!" The man had just started screaming...like someone had been torturing him. Even now she was slightly shivering from the horror in his voice.

Xenon adjusted his glasses walking up to the nearest light bulb and unscrewing it as he did so. "A Genjutsu... I believe he was telling the truth..." he looked at Raine as he took the light bulb in his hand, his chakra control more than enough to power the light, illuminating the briefly dark passage again. "I have lightning affinity, so something like this comes naturally to my chakra... even if it burns out though, Kimiko has her lighter." he looked down the hall and walked past the defeated opponents "Now come on we have to hurry... cell 194...if we're right then this entire conflict is a misunderstanding that we must rectify."

Kimiko nodded suddenly intense again "That's right! That Takikage is her for a prisoner that the village didn't even take! It was these guys! We've got to rescue him and tell her to stop!"

Xenon looked about behind them. "Yes... but..." formed a hand sign. In a burst of smoke a clone appeared next to him.

His clone ran up the wall and along the ceiling of the tunnel. Heading back they way they'd come. "That will tell the first Ninja it finds of what's happened, hopefully they can pass the word to the higher ups while we try and secure the prisoner."

Kimiko drew her sword and headed to the edge of the glow from Xen's light "Right! I heard a cry from down this way! Let's go!"


Bunshin no Jutsu:
This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are without substance, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.
Cp cost: 1 pt. per bunshin.

Requirements: Academy students learn it on the academy as a basic jutsu.
Special: Can create 1 per 5 points in Chakra control. Up to 5 bunshin can be created.
*The user assigns a number 1 through 6 to themselves and each of their clones indivudually. The attacker rolls a 6 sided die to see what they hit.
The Intelligence check DC to see through an attacker's bunshin is the 1/2 the attacker's int mod + half the attacker's chk mod

The hits flung up, only slicing the air. "Hehehe." More senbon flung out at him. Each hitting it's mark perfectly. "HAHAHA!!!" the voice screamed in the halls. "What are you doing in my hall!" the voice changed to agony again as if the hidden opponent was in great pain. "GET OUT!!!!" the echoed screams reverberated through the passage and worked it's way to the fringes of the villagers who cowered at the thought of ghosts.

Xenon's hands filled with senbon again, his face going firm as action was on them yet again, he took a step as he slid into a stance and locked his gaze on their Opponent. The first thing Xenon noted about this older boy, was that he was insane. His understanding of Mental condition was limited, but he knew enough to spot a nut case when he saw one. He was dangerous.

"Raine!" Kimiko's concern for her teammate was in her voice...then she seemed to change. It was like someone had flicked a switch in her head. flashed to their attacker, and her katana returned to her sheathe and her hands worked their way through a few hand signs. "You'll pay for that!"

Xenon noticed several things, first was that Kimiko seemed to have adapted her mother's mannerism yet again, the second was that she was about to unleash an attack. Quickly, Xenon put a hand in front of her shoulder, halting her action. She looked at him surprised.

"Maboroshi, what are you doing!?"

Xenon was still staring at the figure's outline in the darkness. The light bulb had hit the floor when he'd drawn his Senbon, but the light from further up the passage was still reaching them, and besides...he saw fine in the dark anyway. "Who are you? Your not one of these people are you? Why do you attack us?" his Senbon were still out, and while his voice seemed calm, he was far from it. He didn't expect for this..."person" to be all that lucid, but that didn't mean that he couldn't at least be reasoned with...even if it was childishly...

Xen's willingness to negotiate was now gone. "Never had Tea, what I shame, may your next life be more privileged." He stepped to the side, his eyes plotting the route through the air about Raine in a second. With some of the very bloody Senbon that 3 had sent at Raine, he launched his attack... unlike 3, he wasn't interesting in playing with opponents. "Momoe-san!"

Kimiko's sword trissed from her sheathe, and her feet closed the distance to the mad fighter, she ducked in beside Raine as Maboroshi launched his needles. She couldn't use her Grand fire ball here with Raine in the way, that's probably why Maboroshi had stopped her,...but if this guy got a distance away, she was going to fry him...still... her sword thrashed at her adversary, Team Four's assault commencing mercilessly...

"HAHAHAHAHA!" 3 nearly fell to the floor heaving with laughter, he stuck up his hand for a second gesutring for them to wait. "Hold on, hold on, I can't stop laughing!" he shifted to the side of Xen's senbon with an irregular speed. "The little itty bitty kids, keep missing." Kimiko slashed at him, and the boy pulled back his long hair flipping with the movement of her blade. He stopped next to her cheek. "Pretty girl, like a dolly." he whispered in her ear. "I HATE DOLLY!" 3 screamed reaching his neck out to bite her cheek.
