i wold trad all the time in high schoool and when i finished and no longer tratid a much the game lost some thing.

Hokays.
Ebay: Reliable. If you don't get yer schtuffs, then file a mail fraud and tell Ebay. They'll get negative feedback and their seller account will be suspended. And you'll be re-imbursed for the amount you paid. That's what you pay Ebay fees for ... to ensure you're protected.
Other stores: Lawsuit ... it's that simple. If they do not deliver, file mail fraud and get the site shut down.
Other people: No. Just no. Unless you start off small with something like MOTL ... I don't suggest it at all. Too risky.

I've used coolstuffinc in the past, but another site has recently caught my eye, cardshark.com. the name however, makes my stomach twist, shark in the name makes it sound so reliable. I'm planning to buy a few things soon that are cheap (namely the .05 cards) to see how reliable it is
