T-002 Tyrant, hands down. First Tyrant to be created by Capcom, hence, Resident Evil 1. You saw him for the first time and said, "Holy s**t, this guy means business." Coolest thing about him was, he just slowly walked at you when he first broke free. It was almost like he was saying, "Yeah, I'm a badass." Plus, he looks like a badass.

T-002 because he was the original tyrant and was only able to be killed with a rocket launcher

For me it's Nemmy all the way. He's the most inteligent of them all. I mean he knows how to use a rocket launcher, and know that he should shootthe helicopter down in orderto not let you escape. He hunts you down, You pee in your pants when he breaks through the window. also you actually get a chance to beat him once after Brad gets face raped by his tentacle. I mean seriosuly dude. He's hardcore.
For laughs I'll also say Morpheus from DeadAim, since it gave me a good laugh to see that the G+T combo actually can change your gender. Wel I believe that's what he used on himself.
