We've had our pregame all ready to go for a while. In our actual drill we just learned page 41 or so, and we have music through page 28, I think. Today we're hoping to get all caught up with our music. I think we have a total of 80 pages or so, maybe a little more or a little less. So we've learned about half of our show. =)

okay, so now my band's almost got the rest of the show on (visually) and learning the 2nd song.

we have 8 more pages of the show to set on the field (out of 4 songs), and we're done with learning the music
we just have to get the rookies to get it memorized so we can do away with the flipfolders
and clean up marching with music
and we're done! 4laugh

We have the first two movements marching and playing on the field. The rest of the show we have most of the music for, but I'm pretty sure our drill isn't even finished being written.

I missed most of band camp because I had surgery, so me personally, I can't march a STEP of the show, but I do know that we're supposed to have the first movement done and we're working on the second out of three movements.

We're now staging our ballad at practice tomorrow night! I'm scared...I want my pretty pictures from drill pages, but we'll only have stuff in our dot book, and I can't draw the formations well. D= We've spent the last couple weeks cleaning up parts one and two, though.

Today was our last day of band camp ... we have the music for all three songs down, and the drill for the first two and most of the third done too. We would have had the whole show on the field, but it rained today, so we could only practice music inside and there was no time to learn the end of the drill.
I think last year we finished the first number, and maybe part of the second number during band camp, so I'm sooo excited that we got so much done this week. :]
