He smirked as he heard what Likkys said. "And I thank you for the compliments, but you are looking at the Amekage. Aside from all this, things have been happening and it would be wise to ally with another village. Besides, it seems that our villages have been friends before. So perhaps you came here for the same purpose I have when I was going to go to leaf" He said as he knew the reason. He drew out the papers from his back pocket, which were in a scroll, and handed them to Likkys. the contract was in it and his signature in blood was present. Sephiroth Hoshigaki. He looked back at the sinking Teddy who would be out cold and using his chakra controlled the currents which brought Teddy's Unconcious body to the surface, which he walked over and picked up and sets it on the ground, which he then rests a hand on the shoulder and used Nemuri (Sleep) to put him in a deeper state of sleep. Aside from his wounds and paraylsis he'll live.

Likkys smiled,"I came for those reasons," He said, knowing he would need a few allies in the battles against Sound and Mist. Likkys rolled open the scroll, reading it rather quickly, before chewing on his thumb. Slowly he spelled his name out in blood, a tradition among shinobi once forming these alliances. He walked slowly towards the unconcious teddy, resisting his urge to spit on his unconcious body. "Damn mist shinobi, overstepping their bounds once again." He commented to himself, though he intended for the Amekage to hear. "You do know the chuunin exams are soon, I hope to be expecting a strong squad from your village." he said towards sephiroth to cover his looking around. He wanted to discuss things with the amekage, and this wasn't the place to do it.

"I would, but the problem is we are lacking genin here. I have two of them going but I have confidence in them. As for the Mist shinobi....a brand so he never forgets his foolishness today" He said as he took out his sword and impaled Teddy with it. Not deep enough to kill but to do something else. Teddy's back started growing black then an odd mark formed on it as Sephiroth's chakra was inserted. The mark was visible and it glowed hotly but did nothing else at the moment. He created a shadow clone and had it pick up teddy's body, which was covered in burns and slash marks which was still bleeding. And it took off with him heading towards the mist. He turned to Likkys. "Shall we go to my office? It will be more private there" He said as he started heading in that direction, but slowly so Likkys can keep up.

Another technique created by Sephiroth. This technique can only work if the user impales the target with an object or a technique that can imaple objects. Once the target is impaled, a unique mark is created on the victim which does nothing the first day. The mark doesn't do anything until the user makes a certain handsign. Wherever the victim is, the mark starts burning hotly and begins draining a large number of chakra from them, but the mark vanishes. The first post they lose 25% of their chakra, then next post is another 25%, the third post is another 25%, and the fourth post is 24%, leaving them with one percent of chakra which would make the victim incredibly tired and practically incapable of combat. It would take one week for the victim to recover and when its over there is a scar that cannot be removed on their back showing where the mark once was. The draining can be stopped earlier by inflicting alot of damage on the body, like stabbing in the gut causing heavy bleeding. This will stop the drainage of chakra, but the scar will still be there. This can only be used once per two weeks.

Leto wiped the sweat from his brow. He had been training for the last hour, nothing special just some basic exercise to keep in shape. "Ah that was a good work out." he said to himself. He smiled, walking over to where he left his ninjato, he really left home without them, his claymore was still at home. He thought about what he should do next. "Ok... I am done training for today. So I should get some food. Yes that is an amazing idea." He decided, preparing himself to leave.

Nitoru padded onto the field and looked around. No one was near, so he could train in private. He sat down and meditated a little, gathering his chakra.

Nitoru's eyes shot open wide when he heard that.
"You?" He stood up slowly, cracking his knuckles.
"It was you who did that to the library?" He set the bird down on the ground carefully.
"Stay safe little birdy.' Then he turned and glared at the younger man.
