"I don't want to go to my classes," Ginny said. "If I hear one more comment about Mrs. Norris, I think I may end up telling more people than you what I think happened." She didn't think it was neccissary to tell Luna that she had never been so scared in her life, and that included when he first actually talked in front of Harry.

luna stood up "well then lets go to the courtyard in the halls alright? we can relax by the fountain" luna wanted to comfort ginny. She knew something like this couldn't be easy on a person. Nobody could handle it calmly

Ginny took a deep breath and nodded. She hadn't even mentioned the diary, but she didn't want to. Tom was the only one that seemed to understand her, and she knew that Luna would make her get rid of the diary if she knew that it was the one who suggested it in the first place. She had completely forgotten until now that Tom had given her the idea.

Ginny made her way into Moaning Myrtle's Bathroom and found the stall she and Luna had hid in earlier. She sank to the ground again, crying very hard. She knew she would have to turn herself in, and it was probably better if she did that sooner or later. She didn't want to hurt anybody else... not to mention the chickens that she found feathers in her robes from.

After awhile luna finally got out of the crowd and made e way to that bathroom. She walked in and looked for the stall that her and ginny were in before. She heard ginny crying after some time and opened the stall door and looked at ginny.

Ginny jumped when she saw the stall door open, but was releaved that it was Luna. She had been slightly scared that it was going to be Harry.

luna got in a closed the door quickely and sat across from ginny. She saw ginny's worried reaction and smiled slightly "only we would come in here. No need to worry"she felt sorry for ginny. "wow. Our first year and something like this happens?"luna was in total shock from it all

"But, if I turn myself in, no one else will have to leave," Ginny said. She was almost positive that she had attacked Mrs. Norris, but she wasn't sure how. She doesn't even know how to Petrify anything, and she doubted that Harry did either. "I'm going to have to turn myself in."

luna grabbed ginny's arm before she could move "but you don't know if you did it! Well you think you did but you have no real proof. I know about the blood and the closet but that's not really proof. Someone has to find you opening it or in it and that'll never happen. And for all we know someone else might've done it!"

"I checked in the Library to see if there was any hint about where it was, but I couldn't," Ginny said. She was almost certain that she was the one who had indeed opened it, but she wasn't sure how she could explain. "A few weeks ago I found myself in the same broom closet, but there were chicken feathers all over me. And then I found out all of Hagrid's chickens are dead. It was just like this," she figured that she might have explained that one as well.
