My opinion is biased as I am a huge Yu Yu Hakusho fan, and not really one for Naruto... so naturally, my vote would be for the tantei and his crew to win.

Well I like both the animes but I'd have to say that it would probably come down to Kakashi vs. Kurama in a battle royal. Sakura would probably get taken out right away by Hiei. Then he'd be left battling Naruto and Sasuke which would probably end up in a draw due to the fact that Naruto and Sasuke don't always work well together and Hiei would exploit that but would still probably need to pull something big to take both down thus draining him on power. Which leaves Kakashi and Kurama which are both pretty level headed and calculating. I'm not sure which one would walk out the winner though.

I love love love YYH!! but i did like the beginning of naruto, but they've begun to drag it out wayyyy too long and i dont think it's really that good anymore. so YU YU HAKUSHO GETS MY VOTE!

Given the scenario, I think Hiei and Kurama would win.
Here's the thing: for all their special abilities, the Naruto shinobi are still limited by the very fact that they are human. Furthermore, compared to Kurama and Hiei, they have very little battle experience. Sure, Kakashi might've been fighting since he was six, but Kurama and Hiei collectively have thousands of years of experience.
There is also a remarkable difference in battle style. Kurama and Hiei fight to survive; Naruto and his gang fight to protect. The Naruto gang's battles are often drawn out and flashy; Hiei, on the other hand, is particularly fast and efficient. He simply kills if he needs to, without giving his opponent a fighting chance if necessary. If he indeed perceives the ninja as a threat, he will not announce his attack - something Naruto, most especially, does. Their throats will be slit before they can blink. [Remember Hiei's fight against Seiryu? Remember how fast he was?]
Third: the use of demon energy versus the use of chakra. Sasuke's precious little Sharingan [yeah, I hate Sasuke] will be utterly useless, as neither Kurama nor Hiei wield chakra, which is what the Sharingan detects. Sakura and Kakashi cannot cast genjutsu upon Kurama and Hiei either, for neither possess the chakra system that must be manipulated in order for genjutsu to take effect.

Perhaps, if Hiei feels threatened by the presence of another male angsty character with ocular powers. xD
In all seriousness, probably. I would guess either he or Sakura would be the first to drop out, if only because the tantei would perceive him as a bigger threat due to his "intimidating aura" and all that jazz.
Kakashi has enough brains to think through the situation calmly, but that won't last long if he just gets sliced into ribbons by Hiei.
