Drake entered the academy as he saw all the new students passing by. He adjusted the medicine pack on his back as he spotted Kaika sitting down away from everyone else. He walked up to her and smiled childishly, tilting his head sideways doing so. "Hi...so um...I was wondering if you had some sort of issue with me..." Drake asked sincerely, "cause you kind of gave me a bad look and I was just wondering if I did something wrong...maybe I could do something to make it up to you."

"To be honest, this is my first time visiting this village. And believe me I've been to Konoha, Iwa, Kumo, Kiri, Ame, Suna and Snow...I've traveled to every single village, and yet this is my first time here. So sadly I do not," the peddler stated. "But, if you're hungry, I do have some turkey sandwiches and rice balls in my medicine pack that I'd be more than happy to share with you!" Drake pointed out as he dropped the medicine box on the ground. Drake moved his shoulders in a circular motion, strteching them out as they were being strained from the medicine pack...at least that's what he pretended to do. In reality the large medicine pack wasn't that heavy compared to the training weights he used to wear as a child.

"A stranger? But you're not a stranger, you're Kaika," Drake pointed out as he handed her the sandwich, taking one for his own as well. Then he got a riceball and handed that to her as well. "The truth is, along my travels I met a certain shinobi. This shinobi was the leader of a very powerful village. The village grew powerful because the leader had turned his heart to ice, hating all foreigners, fighting them, and defeating each opponent one by one. But eventually it got to the point where the attacks to his village came at him more and more, to the point where he realized that he had no allies since he had practically frozen his heart," Drake continued. "So you see, one must be kind to 'strangers' because that stranger could be a potential ally, and a good friend in the future," Drake finished. "Plus it's just the nice thing to do," he smiled embarassingly.

"Oh...so why have you decided to come to this village?" Drake asked. "Me, I came here to aid the Kage as a medicinal peddler. It was a request made by a friend, so that's why I'm here," Drake explained as he took a bite out of his sandwich.

"Well I'm glad you decided not to destroy it," the peddler said. "I'd have to get in between you if you do and we both know how that'll turn out," Drake laughed, "With me on the grouond. But I don't know, LT got a letter requesting for him to be Kage since they were relatived," Drake tgole her

(Wow...i just looked at my last post and I had so many spelling mistakes...lolz)

"My ninja skills? I have practically none," Drake said plainly. "I have the medical skills of what you would rank a chuunin. I'm not that strong, like I said, I'm nothing more than a simple medicine peddler," Drake told her as he scratched the back of his head. "What about yours?" he asked curiously. He felt terrible for only speaking in half truths. She seemed like a great shinobi and the fact that he had to keep up the charade was bothering him. It was true that he was now a simple medicine peddler...but the truth was that by shinobi standard, his strength was S class.

"Oh om genutsu n nijutu..." Drake said with his mouth full of food as he finished swallowing it. "Hmm...that was good, anyways..." Drake continued as he looked at her. "So what are you going to do? Are you going to stay here? Or are you going to leave?" Drake asked her. "Cause you seem like you would do great things here. This village is merely a bud, it needs a lot of attention and care to flourish and grow."
