Kohpi draped an arm around her sister, giving her a hug. Her own cheeks were beginning to soak, as tears rolled down her face. She'd never actually LOST her mother before... Red eyes turned towards the pair from the desert. COULD they help?
"Of course." When Ngoma looked around, he realized his father wasn't there. He frowned, brow furrowing. "Anyway... Looks like Dad's already gone to find her..." Padding over to the leopard, Ngoma eyed him. "Still think blue's a weird color... But I'll follow your command. For now."

Kabichi snuffled, huddling into the strange lioness and hugging her sister. This couldn't be. It was impossible.... Wasn't it?
Primitus frowned, sighing as he seated himself. It didn't take a seer to know hard times were coming....
Or that that worst could still yet be coming. But for now..... They worked together.

Nyx nodded at Dovev, trying to keep her cool. She could wait. Really she could. When the great, rather strange lion changed into a god, she couldn't help but stare, a little distracted. A god. A real, live god. She shook her head quickly and bapped herself with a paw.
"What about Usiku'nuru's birth pride? I'm sure...I'm sure his mother will want to know what's happened when she comes to visit. Moto'nyota is friends with Mom after all..." And the Mwako were strong. At least, that's what she'd been told. "I can be the one to tell her, if you want. And break the news to Usiku."

Nana didn't know any of these lions yet, but she felt home here. She snuggled into the grieving lioness. Her teal eyes shut as she comforted the lioness and lifted her gaze to look to her Mate. His full form would be of use to this pride. She smield to him and then settled herself next to this lioness to help her be comforted.
