Setsuna rushed over to her, taking Hotaru by the shoulders to steady her, because she looked as though she was about to collapse onto the floor. "Hotaru-chan." She said worriedly. "Why didn't you tell us about this sooner? You know that we'd rather worry and know, than to not know at all."
Setsuna paused, listening to Hotaru's words about what had happened years ago. "I had been certain that the strength you gained after your resurrection, had given you the advantage over...mistress nine..." she said the name, but not without hesitation. Setsuna had witnessed the event that brought forth the darker side of Hotaru's personality.

 "Does this meen I will become what I once was?" she worried. "I can't let that happen..." she was worried again she would hurt all of the senshi again as her dark self. She even trapped Michiru and Haruka. "I don't want to hurt anyone again!"

"I thought for certain that you had gotten rid of mistress nine, Hotaru-chan." Setsuna said frowning slightly, puzzling at the fact that there was obviously a conflict going on within Hotaru, whether it was Mistress Nine or not. "Do you know for certain that is who has come back to haunt you?"

"Hotaru-chan." Setsuna said, grabbing Hotaru gently by the shoulders and looking her in the eye. " Listen to me...."
She could feel Hotaru shaking beneath her hands and tried to comfort her. "I know you're scared, but I also know that you're powerful, and that you've handled this before. You can't let this thing control you. We need to get rid of it."

"Setsuna-chan Mistress Nine got to me before with no trouble, I know she can do it again." Hotaru explained. "I can tell she will be more lethal this time." she worreid more. "As time goes by her power will enclose more of my mind till its her own. Then she will take over my body...once more." she kept explaining till it was clear for her own mind...what was left that is her own that is. "Right now I only think 3/4 of my mind is still mine...."

"This is truly idiotic." Setsuna stated as she continued to ponder. "Mistress Nine is nothing more than a parasite, trying to take away your free will." Setsuna shook her head. "The only person I can think of, who would know what to do about this, would be your father, Professor Tomoe."

"Invited by a new age, Sailor Neptune, acting elegantly!" Sailor Neptune 
Taking her steps slowly into the condo Michiru slowly slipped off her heels before entering. It had short been raining so she placed her umbrella in the bucket and plopped her coat onto the hook. "Im home," she called softly as she sniffed the breeze, either someone had left off a bomb or Haruka was trying to cook "Haruka? Are you cooking?" instead of the explosion she had expected a nice meal had been prepared for the family. She smiled instead, it seemed this was the second attempt at the meal, that had gone well.
"Yeah... didn't go so well at first, but I managed" Haruka smirked with her hand behind her head. She was never the one to cook usually it would be Setsuna and Michiru, but she'd watch occasionally to pick up a thing or two. "Did you find Hotaru?" she inquired expecting to see a small head beside her. Michiru shook her head. "I'm sure she's fine, she is nearly sixteen now, she can take care of herself."

Hotaru Tomoe/Sailor Saturn
Hotaru stepped inside quietly. She had just came home from school. She sniffed the air and something quite good came from the kitchen. She called "I'm home!". As she walked into the kitchen and stared in awe. "Haruka-papa have you've been cooking?" she questioned smiling happily with her arms crossed across her chest . Haruka-papa usually never cooked. But according to the smell of the food and another smell that lingered that wasn't as attractive, it was a second try. She giggled to herself, life was so easy right now to her opinion.

"Heh heh, yeah or at least trying to. I'm glad you made it home." Haruka said to Hotaru. She went and set the table for every one, and while doing so asked with a hint of laughter, "So, would any one like to try my cooking?" As to be a gentleman she pulled out chairs for both Michuri and Hotaru. Then as if realizing something she asked, "Will Setsuna be joining us for dinner?"

As their daughter arrived home she greeted her with a smile. "Did you have a good day darling?" she asked as she took the seat her lover offered her. Flicking her hands behind her shoulders she poured the wine for herself and Haruka and got some juice for Hotaru. "Quite an achievement you're done Haruka, I'm sure it will be delicious if you took the care to make it." smiling she awaited the food to be served. "Ah for Setsuna, i'm guessing she's busy, but if she's hungry she'll pop down for some when she's ready" it was true Setsuna rarely ate with them, she was usually working on one of her projects, or too busy reading. Like this, even with Setsuna they were a real treasure and a family to Michiru.

Haruka went back into the kitchen and came back with a lagre plater of French toast and set it in the middle of the table. "Alright,"she said, while placing the syrup down next to the plater."The frist batch burnt so that's the oder you smell. I had some small issues with the stove but I sure it's safe to eat. Dig in!" With that she herself sat down.

Hotaru took a seat happily and said "Thank you for pouring me some juice Michiru-mama." to Michiru. "School was usual...we had a surprise quiz today in History.... we get the scores back tomorrow." she said in a excited tone. "My class and I got our Biology tests back....I got a 95%...." she said like it disappointed her.... but she waited calmly to eat, she liked being polite and letting the rest of her family get their food first. I wonder what I got on that quiz....she thought. Unaware of the distant look on her face.

Smiling at her lover she was thankful for the food, it was the thought that counted. "Thank you Haruka. However, next time I'm more willing to count" she joked leaning her hand over to hold Harukas with a smal laugh. "You've had a good day then Hotaru, don't sound so disappointed Im sure you did very well and a 95 is much better than what our Princess could do" she reassured her daughter. Sipping the wine she peered out the victorian style windows. It sure wasn't going to be a nice afternoon it seemed.
