Solo had reverse his movements as he went towards the scent, and suddenly a boy rushes forward catching his complete attention.
A kunai was pulled free from his sheathe as he recognized that his food was about to be consumed by someone else. Apperently, he wasn't the only one willing to fight over the Taco as he watches it get taken off the shoulder of another man. Why he was walking around with a taco on his shoulder should have rang a few warning bells with him, but Solo didn't care ...he was hungry.
Disappearing into the brush, he moved to sneak up on Teddy whom took up the Taco.

Teddy formed hand signs and the sun rays formed a box over Teddy making a shield. "Uh Huh, im a S ranked ninja from Mist, I mean no harm"

"Give me back my taco...", Joey unsheathed his rapier and gave a swift tap to his sheath. Cry of the Deaf With the blinding speed of sound being 343 m/s, upon anybody hearing the sound, they would immediately be immobilized.

Teddy had ear plugs in already knowing that there were sound ninja,Teddy tossed the Taco to him but then he formed hand signs once again turned into a beam of light and disappearing.

((Just so you know, since you were talking, you still would have been paralyzed, but since this wasn't really a fight, no real problem.))
Catching his taco, Joey planned to pay the Mist a visit on his own very soon, possibly to claim the first life he so eagerly had awaited since his return.

"We have no intention to destroy Leaf, so there is no need for your aid there. If anything, I may have to kill you in order to get what I want from them." Joey spoke, curious of just how exactly Teddy was to understand him since he was wearing ear plugs and he was facing away from him, inspecting his taco.

Now, Solo just stayed out of sight as he heard his voice, and watches as Teddy appeared in the tree. A kunai flew across the space as he threw it from the bushes at the guy in the tree.
Idiots pissed him off the most, and the fact that he was wearing earplug probably meant he wouldn't hear the kunai coming. A chance to draw blood made him forget all about the taco.
What idiot would just pop in front of his enemies screaming I am here to help you destroy the leaf village? Better yet, what idiot would trust someone whom did that?

Teddy nodded and bowed "Sorry there mate," he said as he sat down on the tree "Im looking for a man named Joey", the kunai flew right passed him missing him.

Joey's eyes pulsed as his arm shot out and retracted with a fresh kunai in his hand. Although it had avoided Teddy, he didn't want to chance it continuing on towards the main path through the forest. After dropping it into the bark on which he stood, Joey continued on as though it didn't even happen, "I am he."
