Karak15 - I've never played online, so I'm not familiar with places like that. But there are guilds on Gaia about D&D, with players in them.

Also, just to note - work on this subforum is going to slow down dramatically right now. I'll still come here every little while to check that things are going smoothly (no brawling, now! play nice), but things may not get updated very quickly and a new thread probably won't be under construction until Christmas. At times Book of the Month will be updated late, and only just with the book, and no description (or at least, not right away).
Still, I hope this subforum gives people a chance to learn this game. It has taught me a great deal about creative thinking (and maybe even improved my math skills!), and I think it's a great creative outlet. I hope that everyone has fun, most of all.
Don't worry! I won't let university bog me down too much. I'll still be here. Just less often. 3nodding
