Being summoned for the challenge, the girl approached the water, before stepping in. An element she was familiar with finally. However, the uncertain nature of the challenge motivated her to move ahead.

Lilwolfpard Omg yay SWIMMING!.... she just prayed there was no sharks in the water this time. Grinning- Alice stepped out onto her first 'grid' and hoped she felt a stone under her.. and if she did wellthen... lets continue!Well, yes, there WAS a stone under her paws! Except it was an omnomnom stone. Chef sipped his drinks and passed the camera back and forth between himself and Chris, his tail wagging.

Noel really didn't like the idea of getting in the water with none prawn like creatures. Seriously man. Top hats just didn't look right on gators. But he took a breath and tried his best.

Leena-chan Being summoned for the challenge, the girl approached the water, before stepping in. An element she was familiar with finally. However, the uncertain nature of the challenge motivated her to move ahead. Her first step resulted in... success! Chef watched as his kitchen assistant took another step... "...Well. So much fer havin' good help," Chef grumbled darkly.

Kaitaia Axl just stared. Man, this was really stepping it up after the last few challenges, eh? Shaking his head, he stepped toward the river. Might as well get it over with, right?
Shrugging, he turned to give a salute to his teammates and to Chris, then took a deep breath and made a run for it.
What was this? There was a stone under his paws! And another...and another...and another! Oh man, he was going to make it!...
And then the 5th step led to nothing but the gullet of a gator.

"Best. Challenge. EVEEEEEER dude!"

Chobi_Chocobo *FAIL* Noel really didn't like the idea of getting in the water with none prawn like creatures. Seriously man. Top hats just didn't look right on gators. But he took a breath and tried his best. One step...straight into water. "HAHAHAHA, for being so obsessed with prawns you'd think he'd be better in the water dude..."

Chris...just -stared- "....Top hat's a nice touch."

Chef threw back his head and laughed at the campers continued to plunge blindly in, trusting to luck to find the stones the interns had dropped into the river the night before. Sure, some of the interns mysteriously disappeared, but look at the great photos the alligators made! Chef made a note to make a photo album of them. It'd be a great addition to his coffee table.
"Enjoyin' the show so far, Chris-man?" Chef asked, sipping his drink with a smirk.

"Sure am dude!" Chris was laughing so hard his chest was starting to hurt. Still snickering, the host crossed his arms across his stomach, holding his sides.
It was only when the laughter died down a bit that he dared to take another sip of his drink. Mmmm, pretty good! "These photos are great, we so need to make copies of them Chef-man."

"That's jus' what ah was thinkin' man!" Chef replied, "this is a once in a lifetime experience, y'know? Though..." He trailed off, looking at the campers still milling around. He stood up, cupping his free hand around his muzzle like a home-made megaphone.
"Oi! ARE YEW SPINELESS MAGGOTS GONNA WAIT FER THE RIVER TA FREEZE OR WILL AH HAVE TA KICK YER TAILS INTO THE RIVER TO GET YEW STARTED?"
He shook his head and sat back down again. "Ah swear, if they don't make a move soon..."

"Ffff." Vert twitched a bit and exhaled in frustration. There was a trick here, she just knew it. And then she shrugged, it didn't really matter. Here was a challenge, here she must go. Mini-games like this were the reasons people wrote walk-throughs. Maybe if she treated it like it was a danmaku game. "BONZAI~!" Vert charged and wondered if Chris provided mouthwash for the gators. The sharks had a union, so why not? Vert's Path

"Ahahahaha, go get em drill sergent!" Man he loved when Chef accompanied him on these challenges. Especially when all they had to do was sit back and watch the insanity. Hell, some days he couldn't really believe he was getting paid to do this!
Tail wagging happily, Chris tried to strike up conversation as they waited for the scaredy-campers to make their crossing. "Soooo, what kind of drink is this Chef-man? It's pretty tasty!"

The sharks had a union, so why not? Vert's PathAs Vert's warcry startled a flock of seagulls into taking off, it was cut off by water. In fact, it sounded rather like "BONZAAAAAaaarghlerrrgrrlbarble," followed by a gulp. "Heh heh, mah pleasure man," Chef replied, raising the camera just in time to catch Vert's epic moment. "Yew'd think they'd stop entering at that point...." Chef snickered. "Good ta hear that yew like it, man! Ah squeezed fresh fruit ta make it," he preened. "Ah even added in one of those lil' umbrellas. All the palm trees with coconuts are at th' other island, so ah couldn't make nifty coconut cups for'em, sadly."

"Never said these campers were smart."
"I'll bring you back some next time I'm over there~" Hey, it'd score him a nifty cup for a drink on another day, why not toss a few coconuts on the boat on the way back? Though this drink tasted pretty...hrm. He couldn't quite place it, but it didn't matter, because man was it good.

Chef snickered. "Got that right, man. At least a couple interns made it across." By beating each other into submission and making an intern-raft, heh heh. Chef made sure to clear out any potential rope-making and floatable items just in case any camper had the same idea.
"That'd be great, Chris-man!" Chef replied, "Ah get more than enough of the other stuff, including the sp-- er, secret ingredient, heh." Oops, almost let it slip!

"Those interns are craftier than most of the campers we've -ever- had here. Kind of sad, really..." He paused, before snickering again. "but it always made for good TV!"
"...Secret ingredient?" Ears perked, the host tore his gaze away from the river to shoot the other a glance. "What secret ingredient?"
