The wasy I find bands is kind of weird. Haha. I type in a random word into Goodsearch* and type band at the end of it and look to see if there are any actual bands. That's how I found out about The White Tie Affair a couple of years ago. Haha. I usually like the entire band. It's a rare occasion where I would like one song from the band but not like the others.

Right now, the founders and co-founders are in the Philippines helping people. My sister is best friends with the founder and co-founders.

I can't say I've really gone looking for new music in a very long time. Generally, when I'm in school (since I take a lot of lab classes) I'll plug my head phones in and turn on pandora and that's how I generally come across new stuff, otherwise usually friends will send me songs or recommend bands and I'll look into them, or I'll find stuff I'm interested in while digging around for a different song, lol.

Well I watch a lot of music channels; Vh1, Fuse, and I flip through XM channels.
I listen to TONS of radio. Youtube helps.
My bestfriend introduced me to on band, Tokio Hotel, and to a few other songs.
Once I saw this hot guy in my friends gaia siggy, The lead singer of SUG, and I asked her who it was and she told me so I tracked them down via playlist.
Also I got into the whole ICP and Twiztid thing when my cousin came to live with us.

I found out a lot of the artist I like by what my mom used to listen to.
Then some my friends introduced me to,
But mostly I knew what kind I liked and searched that genre on the internet,
and in music stores.

I mostly see what's on VH1 and xm radio. I also listen to songs my dad listened to as a kid growing up.

Last.FM and friends I share the same taste with exclusively. I trust nothing else, because I almost always wind up wasting my time.

How do you most often find the songs you listen to?
From the radio I think. I also get new music from my friends and the people I'm dating. And I have no idea what an AMV is... sweatdrop
How often do you like the one song, but dislike the rest from that Artist?
I think Deep Blue Something's 'Breakfast at Tiffany's' is a great song but I don't really like the rest of their music. Don't know why.
How often do you you love all but one or two from that artist?
There's usually at least one song from each record that I don't like. Not always though.

wll i hear new songs from tv radio and sometimes my friends just tell me about it....... but mostl on my i tunes store it has a link 2 other bands that listen 2 the band ur looking up sooo thats wat ido

i usually just find them online or something.
i don't listen to the radio much unless it's pandora, and there it's basically bands i already know.
and as for the other set of questions - if it happens, it happens.
but usually, i find a song or two i like and i like all of their songs.

It's usually either word of mouth, random bands adding me on Myspace, or, from our local concert venue, which I visit quite often.
