id say i like pop more. rap is getting so stupid now. Just look at what they did with im on a boat. I mean wtf is up with that!? woopdee doo ur on a boat so what.

But not just any rap i prefer the sounds of Tech N9ne, Eminem, Lupe, Talib Kweli.
Not all the gangsta rap so much.

Mainstream rap is decent but no way better to underground stuff. Ph3nom requests for some art scribbles of his avatar.

Pop's advantages: Of Montreal, Jonathan Coulton, new wave in general (particularly Talking Heads) etc.
Rap's advantages: Doseone, Manau, Jedi Mindtricks
...
