Yep, definitely brown---
WHATTHEHELL?! Chris visibly -cringed-, tail bristling as he was suddenly hugged. Just WHAT was tha--
Oh hey, she was gone. That was rather sudden, but brief. Weeeeeird. As Helena skipped off Chris turned his focus back to the mountain of brownies moving at him. ...Huh. Not something you see every day dude. "I dunno dude, I don't often speak to my food." He gave just the tiiiiniest hint of a smirk before merrily snagging a brownie off the top of the pile. Pffft, who needed permission...

Serena almost shoved the entire plate of brownies into Chris' paws and stared at the ground. "Um.. I'm really sorry for the last challenge. I didn't mean to upset you; just was doing what I thought was part of the challenge.. and I'm really sorry I was wrong. I'm really sorry I upset you that bad." She looked up at Chris, those blue eyes giving him the look, tears forming within them. "Will you please forgive me Chris?"

Chris -had- been merrily munching away on a single brownie...and then suddenly found himself with a huge plate of them. What the--?!
And..and oh GOD there was the look. Chris employed the look quite often to get what he wanted from Chef, but having it used against himself just made the host cringe and flatten his ears. Oh no, no no no no, it wasn't going to work against him. "Why should I dude?" He narrowed his eyes, hardly even affected the look. "You revealed something I never wanted revealed It's not like a few delicious brownies are going to make up for that."

Well, if he wanted one of those threatening tears to spill, he got it. It trailed down a familiar path already stained from earlier. However, her gaze fell to the floor. "To be honest.." She closed her eyes. "I have no answer as to why you should. I don't understand why you don't want the world to see your chest but I figure your reasons are you own." She turned her back to him. It was obvious she had not seen anything as the wailing had been enough to distract her. But her own courage was dwindling and she couldn't face him anymore. "I acted badly, thinking it was part of the challenge, and I was wrong. I would never want to make anyone that upset, including you Chris. Had I known it was such an important thing to you for your shirt to remain on, I would have never done anything like that. I am sorry." A sigh escaped her. "You know.. I asked Chef earlier what more I could do to show you how sorry I was. He said the brownies would be enough, along with my words." She glanced back over her shoulder at him, a look of defeat on her face, along with a few more familiar tears. "Guess he was wrong huh? Sorry I wasted your time." That took all she had in her to try and apologize. This girl was not much of a fighter when she was already so defeated by her own doing. She had a feeling it would go this way, but just didn't want to believe it until it happened.
She walked back the way she had come; after all she promised to clean up after lunch and had a friend to meet up with. She looked up at Helena trying to smile, it just looked sad. "I'm glad you thought they looked delicious. Sorry I ran off, but I promise to not bother our team with this okay?" It was true she wasn't going back to the cabin. She wouldn't risk her team's well-being. Who knows what the man would throw at her in the middle of the night? "I guess I'll see you at the next challenge." And off she went back to the Mess Hall.

"It's not my chest dude." He didn't elaborate. Honestly, under other circumstances Chris would probably have been one of those guys constantly flaunting their chest just because they could. But when one wanted to hide something...well it made that a bit difficult. But from the sounds of it Serena didn't actually see it so there was no need to speak further of what was there.
"Tch...excuse me for thinking brownies and little words don't exactly make up for ya know...that. Sheeesh!" ....
But hey. Now he had a huge plate of brownies, and no awkward feeling gushyness with Serena. HA! Take that karma. Smirking again, Chris continued on with his journey. ..Though now he had to watch out for any stray interns who'd like to steal a treat.

lost in thought, ozzie managed to wander right up towards where chris was also walking. he smelled chris before he saw him - or rather, he smelled the giant plate of brownies chris was holding. once he noticed the host behind the baked goods, he startled and stopped in his tracks.
at this point, he was one big ball of mixed up feelings. he was scared of chris, but felt bad since the older audio seemed genuinely upset at whatever had happened during the storm of crazy his fellow campers had inflicted. his stomach was growling at him to ask for a brownie (or two or a dozen), but he wasn't sure if it would be inappropriate to ask for one, or if he should even get close enough to ask let alone take one. he also was torn whether he should apologize to him for his fellow beavers, or hightail it before chris noticed. would it seem inconsequential coming from him? would chris see him as weak and choose him to enact one of the challenges on personally?
he wound up frozen in place, looking from chris to their surroundings and back with wide, conflicted eyes.

"WHAT dude?" Chris had noticed him alright. Peering around the stack of brownies Chris just stared at the little camper.
Great.
Not two minutes into having this huge plate of deliciousness and already it was attracting little brownie thieves. Ughhhhh! "Here, sheesh." The host flung a brownie (a smaller one, of course) at the camper before moving to get away. He..really had to go ditch these somewhere. Maybe Chef-man would have somewhere to hide them until they could eat them. Yeah! Altering course Chris scooted off towards the back entrance to the kitchen.
Unfortunately...the kitchen seemed rather void of a certain giant bodyguard. Damnit. Wandering over to the table, Chris shoved the plate of brownies on it before looking around. "Chef-man?" Eh...no Chef-man here. There waaaaas however, something addressed to him. Interesting. Snagging the note Chris opened it and read it.
...And stared.
....That PS note was rather............well words couldn't describe really. Grumbling he folded it back up and pocketed it. ....Well okay concealed it in one of the flowy ribbons of his costume. Curse the lack of pockets.

ozzie flinched as chris hurled the brownie towards him and hurried off. "well....gu-guess that answered my questions then..." he said aloud to no one in particular. he started to tear up as he swallowed the brownie nearly whole, and wandered along down the path towards nowhere in particular.
