Fish? He didn't know what fish was, but he wanted to taste it. It sounded good. "I don't think I know what fish is?" He asked her carefully. He didn't know a lot about whatever it was that was in this world. "How do you catch them? Do they live in that wet stuff?" He asked her curiously. It was odd, really, He watched her with awe and amazement.

Zana giggled softly as she paddled about in the water, " Fish are REALLY yummy. I love them!" Swiming back towards the shallow end, Zana cocked her head to the side, he had never heard of fish?
"Yeah they live in the water, not sure why." Peering down into the water, she suddenly snatched her paw up and out, throwing a wiggling little fish at his paws. "Quick! Don't let it get back into the water!!"

Scary things, fish. It start to flop, yet he had a impulse to jump on it. Which he did. Slippery things too. It flopped right out of his paws... Though, not into the water. It landed inside a small bush.... What the.... "I'll get it" He said quickly trying to look as if some awesome dude. He can do this... he told himself. He moved a branch to get a better look at the fish. It looked like it was gasping for air as it sat there with it's gills going in and out. It's mouth opening up and shutting. He felt sorry for it... almost... He wanted to know what they tasted like. He extended his claws and grabbed it with a better grip. "I got it!"

Laughing happily, Zana padded to the bank, her tail swishing, flinging water everywhere. "You are suppose to eat it fast silly, so it can't get away." She smiled watching him, her head tilted to the side, he was cute and very silly.
"If you bite right behind it's head, it dies fast and doesn't suffer, but if you not gonna eat it throw it back so it doesn't die slowly." She loved to fish, but she didn't like to see anything suffer.

He listened to her instructions. Well, what if it bite him back? "Can they bite?" He asked before he did anything else. He didn't want to bite it and then it bite him. He didn't like the feeling of pain. Pembe looked at it with a fierce look. "Don't bite me ok?" He said as he looked at where she was talking about. Which side was she talking about any ways... By the eyes or the mouth?" He decided to go for near the mouth. That way it couldn't some how bite him if he got it that way. He bit down, and looked at the other. His teeth easily poked holes into the fish as it wiggled to get free from his mouth. He held on though. He wasn't going to let it go.

Zana smiled as she nodded her head. Good the youngster was a quick study. The cub opened her mouth to comment when she heard her father's voice in the distance calling her name. Smiling at her new friend, Zana lept from the water shaking her fur out, " I have to go. That is my dad calling me. I hope we can play again soon! Enjoy your fish."
Giggling faintly, the little white and purple cub took off running in the direction of her father's voice. " I'm coming daddy!"
