Personality, habits, interests, hobbies, etc.: Taking the facade of a cop was perfect for his motto - "to punish and enslave..." There wouldn't be any other way 'Cade would have it. He likes to gain trust of others, only to lead them on until it's too late. He 'enjoys' seeing the reactions of others in this, often tricking his own kind and the rival faction alike, usually using his charming looks to his advantage. This gives him the reputation of a 'bad cop', his various forms of lying and cheating completely shadows his usually reserved and cautious persona, but overall, he is extremely hard to understand - and even harder to trust - due to his complicated behavior. Serious and reliable in one moment, laughing in your face the next, this cop is lethal if made an enemy, which isn't very difficult at all. Being on patrol, he is known for racing after certain individuals, chasing them down until they either pull over or something blows up. Somewhat of a sadist, one helluva douchebag.

Extra: He smokes cigarettes once in a while, but is known primarily as a coffee addict - it's hard to see him not making any in the morning. Personality, habits, interests, hobbies, etc.: A peerless scientist with deadly efficiency and a cold devotion to logic, he is one of the very few who could take on Megatron in strength and tactics. Despite his amount of strength and brilliance, he remains a loyal follower to Megatron alone, being the most resourceful and obedient pawn he has. His robotic speech patterns, canon mounted-armed, stern appearance, and towering height often already keep a clear path for him, though if any were to get into his way, he'd just have to clear them out as well - or use one of his pet Drillers to destroy them and the rest of the surrounding city for him. Almost all, however, would much prefer death by Driller's rotational razor-kissed body slams than execution or torture by Shockwave.

Partner: Scorponok; Used to be Barricade. Unlike Barricade and Frenzy, Blackout cares deeply for his symbiotic companion, and is much rather attached to him - almost literally. He'd end whoever dared punt the adorableness transforming hair accessory that is Scorponok.
Personality, habits, interests, hobbies, etc.: Blackout is a silent, intimidating hunter-scout, despite his size compared to the other Decepticons. However, when it comes to flirting(which is more often than you think), he's a rather blunt joker, aggressively forcing himself on others on some occasions if he wants to do the dirty. He uses intimidation to his advantage to get what he wants, but is just as sly as the stories say he is, being even much more of a master deceiver than Barricade. The aerial spy is considered as dangerous as he looks, often putting fear into others just by looking at him. He is extremely loyal to Megatron and thinks lowly of Starscream for turning his back on their leader, though he hasn't realized that he himself may not be far from that himself. When he gets attached to anything, he becomes much more settled and comfortable with it, defense lowered around such a thing, loyalties aside.

Personality, habits, interests, hobbies, etc.: Mirage (Or Dino, whatever works)'s primarily impatient and blunt, and always looking for a fight. He's on rowdy and wild side, but ironically one of the best in stealth and undercover missions, partially thanks to his cloaking device installed to his programming to avoid any detection, thanks to alien Cybertronian technology. Even if he is an Autobot, he isn't very polite in all this ways and doesn't take things to consideration until - but this doesn't stop him from dealing with the Cons like a pro. Mirage tends to fight as a team player, often letting his comrades finish the opponents off.
