You are not looking at any facts nor are you looking at the surrounding circumstances. If you take the stuff that I put out, I clearly did state the pluses and minuses to Westbrook. But at the same time, I clearly made sure there was no biased in there to the best of my ability. Do I believe he is the best in the league? Yes. Is he? It all depends on who you compare him to and what part of the game you compare those two with. That is how you tell who is the best in the league. As for my response to this thread? I really truly do hate it when people do not keep an open mind and only think their opinions matter and are the truth. All I have ever heard you say is how great the Eagles are, and every player that has ever played for them. Face it Eagles are bums the fans are the worst fans ever.

I have to agree that you are closed minded and everyone is able to have their own opinions. And I don't think that the Eagles are the best team or Westbrook is the best but I realized that others might think that and respect their reasons for believing that even if I disagree. And I don't know if you can call any team that made the playoffs and won a game in the playoffs last year bums. You can call them dirty cheats, lucky, or something of that nature but not bums. And although some of their fans are bad I happen to be dating an Eagles fan and he takes me making fun of him a lot all in stride and is a good sport about all sorts of things.

THAT IS THE MOST WELL KNOWN FACT AND EVEN STATED BY EVERY FAN SITE AND SPORTS CHANNEL EVER CREATED. If you go onto the forums in Philadelphiaeagles.com, you will never go back because every single person on there has more knowledge of football than most in the sport do. Also, you never did answer me before, how old are you? That could go a long way for me understanding why you are so close minded and ignorant of the whole situation. For instance, not all, but a good part of Eagles fans do not seem to appreciate McNabb as much as I do, and I'm a damn Cowboys fan. I appreciate him for what he has done. He just has to prove he can win the big one now. As for the Cowboys, it is a shame that most of the Cowboys fans do not appreciate Romo. That guy is given a really bad rap. He has at least gotten them to the playoffs all but 1 of his seasons since starting in the league. That is really good if you ask me.

Well that is how you come across. Philly fans are rowdy at times, but that is all you will see on TV. You do not see the true passionate fans on TV. You actually have to go and be in the stadium. As for Carolina, good team but aging and not much in terms of influx of youth in the defense. They did good in brining the youth on the offense and did the right thing by signing Delhomme. Trust me on that. Oh, wait. I am sorry, but you dont trust Eagles fans when they say something good about your team. Here you go so this way you do not have to search for what I have been saying the whole time. - Philly is a good team that has become younger across the board. The loss of Dawkins has many wondering if they will be missing him when the season starts, but the way Demps played last season has many thinking it wont be as bad as thought. The biggest loss that may hurt them is with Jim Johnson no longer the DC. McDermott though is getting rave reviews by the players and management, but we will have to see if he truly has learned from his mentor over the years. Other than that, they return 10 of the 11 starters from last season and therefore should be primed to repeat their performance at the least if not improve on their position from last season. Offensively they have become better. The loss of Buckhalter and the surgery to Westbrook over the offseason has made the postition a little weak going into TC, but the way 2nd rd draft pick McCoy has handled himself, it seems that Westbrooks hier is here. But that is without pads. Things change when that happens. The offensive line was overhauled and at the very least is as good as last season. Runyan and Thomas will certainly be missed, but they were truly showing their age and limitations. Peterson is an All-Pro and as balanced a LT as you could ever hope for. Stacey Andrews is back and starting to practice after his surgery and is reported to be in better shape than he ever was in Cincinnatti where he skirted the Pro-bowl selections several times. WR you got DeSean Jackson who looks like he is the second coming of Steve Smith by the way he plays and the passion he plays with. The stats he put up also help that argument. Kevin Curtis is back after routine surgery in the offseason and is said to be faster than he has been in a while and back up to his 2007 quality. Philly finally got a true FB, someting they had not had since 2004 with Jon Ritchie. Even he was not a true FB. Overall the team is actually upgraded and younger and is favored to be one of the best in the league this year. All is true until the pads go on and the season starts. That is when you find out what you are truly made of.

Most of my fellow fans always b***h and moan about him and I just shut them up by saying "OK then, let's get Quincy Carter back." Good job.
