Actually, I DID know that. So, what's with this "hurricane" that kept you from taking over last night? >.> Ah wuz tick'd. Guy on deh voicebox sayd you wuz laid up som'place cuz som'hurricane, onleh ah couldna find no such ting.

Wadn't no hurricane. Bitchface emo-kid Radisma started exaggerating.
It was a storm. That caused a blackout.
Blackouts in New Jersey are not optimal driving conditions.

I can imagine. The last big one we had here made living, period, a b***h for about a week. I can't imagine what'd it'd be like in a bigger population center.

Only blackouts I get are cause my myself playing with electricity and having to go reset the fuse box...

There's a guy whose sole job it is to make sure no one violates the Smoky the Bear trademark.
Longest blackout I remember at the moment was for three days one winter and took out half the town. We had to drive down to Fazoli's for a hot meal, because it was just over the road to the next power grid.

Well. There was that one blackout a few years ago. Quite a bit of the Northeast was shut the ******** down.

There's an EDIT button next to that QUOTE button, and it's tripping me up. crying ED, tell it to stop! It's like this horrible trap that keeps tricking me into editing T00L's posts!

Oh yeah, that is one thing you'll have to adjust to. At one time they weren't right next to each other, but they changed the layout like in '05 or 06...I don't remember exactly when and how. But it was a total pain. We all kept pushing the edit button instead of the quote button. After a while we got used to it...though there are still some occasional moments when I slip.

Yeah, I haven't been a mod anywhere since 07 or something... I remember the problem, but it's been so long that I'm out of the habit of watching for it. =P Ah, well.
