Why?: I think it would be a fun new Bloodline to try out, I am used to using bloodlines from mutiple other guilds so there is really no worry about if I would god mod with the bloodline or not.

Why? I simply feel like I wanted this character to have something rather unique to him and unlike my previous ones, he would be more of a close-range man. With the Byakugan, I believe one can much more easily dominate the close-range battle and it would only benefit him.
