A small sigh escaped Marcus's lips. "Slow night..." He said to no one as he stared through the high-powered binoculars. Marcus was positioned a few miles away from the central clock tower at a large observation tower disguised as a radio tower. Oddly enough, nothing was happening. Normally things would go awry during his shift, just his luck apparently. He rubbed his heavy eyes before looking over his area of jurisdiction once more, and something caught his eye. At the base of a water tower a small group of Southerners were congregated. Something to keep his eyes on.

Senalore laughed as Miyako suddenly dragged him into an alleyway. Winking roguishly at the girls before entering the alleyway amidst a chorus of squeals, Sena laughed softly. Hearing the roughness in her voice when she spoke, he became more serious. "I would never betray Miss Takara," he replied softly. "Because Miss Takara is my friend." Gliding gracefully through the alleyway, the filth and dirt seemed to be repelled by his aura. "Well, it doesn't bother me, your involvement with the rebels," he whispered with a chuckle. "Everybody has their own opinions, and I'm no fool to try and change the ones that I don't agree with."
Smiling easily, Sena suddenly took a look behind them. Sure enough, he manage to catch a glimpse of a foot ducking behind a pile of rubbish as he frowned, creasing his eyebrows together. "How inconvenient, Miss Takara..." He looked back at her with an annoyed air on his face. "It would seem to appear that we are being followed." Suddenly taking her hand in his and speeding into a run, Sena threw a handful of fire behind them. The blossom of flame suddenly sprang into a wall of fire, effectively closing off the alleyway behind them. Slowing down and looking forward with a pleased smirk on his face, Sena looked at Miyako. "I'll come with you, if you don't terribly mind, Miss Takara. You seem interesting tonight."

She looked quizzically at Senalore when they stood in the alley way, when he called her his friend. "Oh, thank you then", She said, mentally fumbling over her words. She'd wanted to say something else but Miya had gotten the words to come out right. "You don't have to call me Ms. Takara, you can call me Miya", She offered, her eyes smiling just a bit. Then quite suddenly Senalore was on the defense, and someone was trying to get an eyeful of what they were doing. A bit of ember got on her dress, flames began to blossom, but before they could cause any real damage she produced a fountain of water from her fingertips and smothered the flame. Miyako let him drag her away, running with him and managing to match his speed, girl or not she was no weakling. Unlike her dainty precious high society late-mother. Her deep liquidy eyes gazed at Senalore as they ran away, the screams and shouting fading behind them gradually, he was odd to be sure. When they finally reached safety, she straightened herself out and inclined her head towards them. "Thank you, it wouldn't be good for me if they found out what I was doing. Though I guess if they caught me it would only be my just desserts", Miya said with a shrug.
"I would like that, I won't ask you to do anything that will get you in trouble beyond consorting with and helping in the aid of rebels though", She agreed. Senalore must have been very bored to risk so much just to have some fun, but perhaps in some way his presence might work to the advantage of her mission. And he was certainly not bad company in th least, Miyako grinned and began walking again, and then stopped and held out her hand as if to say, "Well, you coming or what?".

Reina sat cross legged on a large metal crate. Her eyes were closed and her head was sagging. She could have been mistaken as being asleep, quite the opposite actually. Reina was seeing the city. All of her natural sences were given up temporarily as she tracked the progress of the one she was supposed to meet. Reina saw no physical form, just a vibrant blue aura. But soon, it was joined by another, this one was a fiery red which seemed to be accompanying her. "...Damn..." She said as her physical body began to move again. "There is someone else." "We've been betrayed!" One of her colleauges cried out. Reina's expression did not change in the slightest. "We shall see..."

"Very well, Miss Miya," he smiled, taking her hand lightly in his. "I must seem quite rude, keeping a lady waiting for my company." As they resumed their trek through the narrow alleyways of Basis, Sena frowned slightly. "My apologies for your dress, Miss Maya. I am ashamed, losing control of my fire like that. May I compensate you later for my damages?" Mentally kicking himself, Sena sighed. Maybe I should have paid more attention to the magic tutor Father hired after all. Lost in his thoughts, Sena walked for a bit before hearing Miyako talk. "If they catch you?" He repeated with a laugh. "Come now, Miss Miya, if they caught you then the fun would be over, wouldn't it? Besides," his eyes grew cold, although the smile stayed on his face, "We can kill them before they catch us," he murmured quietly. "But that's okay!" He smiled again, his eyes bright with mirth. "If Miss Miya will let me stay, of course I will offer my assistance in any way I can." Looking back at the way they came with a slightly bored expression on his face, he added, "Besides, this is a lot more fun than what I usually do in the city at nights. Even brothels get boring once in a while, you know..."
Smiling casually, he raised an eyebrow at Miyako. "Get in trouble? Me?" He laughed, looking forward. "No, Miss Miya, I don't think so. Miss Miya knows how my family holds a monopoly on the weapons production industry in the city. And besides," he looked at her and winked cheekily. "Getting in trouble wouldn't be any fun now, would it?"

Miya let him take her hand as they walked quickly towards their destination. If caught, they might get away with just being there, a couple of young nobles slumming in South Basis could be forgiven. But aiding them, those that have killed nobles and guardians, it would mean a severe punishment. But it was not that she was worried about, they had ways of prying the truth from lips that did not want to move. Miyako kept so many secrets, and some of them could prove fatal if discovered by the wrong people. Even the moral law everyone with a good heart share, she'd violated that too. It was something that haunted her at night, though she didn't actually feel guilty for her actions. "Fire burns, and water drowns, but you know..fire also warms, and water can heal", She said a bit cryptically. "I mean, looks can be deceiving, something that looks pleasant could kill, elements, beasts, people..", She added.
Then she laughed and shook her head fervently. "I must say, I have never bought a wo..a body to warm my bed. Usually I'm running away from that kind of attention despite the rumors", She explained. It was true, she was often seen with many of the most upwardly mobile nobleman. A secret smile played on her lips as she pondered those thing, yes some of the men had been..companions..of her..but others were just helping her out. Miya looked up at him and tiled her head to the side, "Just Miya. We're not in public anymore, no one down here will care if you pay attention the protocol of nobility", Miya added. She stopped him, and looked around, listening for any dangerous sounds, or signals. Finally she heard it! "Let's go, Reina is waiting, and I'm sure your presence is making them very nervous", Miya said as she pulled her hood back up over her face.
They came to the abandoned water tower and she continued her way up the narrow staircase until it flattened and lengthened out into a platform where Reina and the others were waiting. Miyako looked around and grabbed the bit of her skirt tucked under the tight fitting plaid vest and ripped it forward. The entire skirt was detachable, underneath she wore pants, but atop the pants were many tight bags bursting with delicate equipment, medicines, and necessary goods. "He is with me, I vouch for him", Miyako said quickly. "I have everything you asked for, I assume my partner has all ready come by and dropped off his half. He had to go on ahead, I was...detained", Miyako said, casting Senalore a sidelong glance.

Reina rose to her feet as their connection came into sight, with company. Reina instinctivly placed her hands on her weapons, ready at a moments notice. Even though the unexpected companion seemed to be of no harm Reina wouldn't take any chances. "We appreciate what you have done and understand the risks that you have taken to get these supplies to us." Riena motioned towards one of her companions to retrieve the goods. "But there is a problem... We have not heard or seen anything of your partner. I have only two possiblites of what could have happened... First they could have been ambushed by other members of South Basis that were unaware of this transaction, and killed them while simultaniously running off with half of the promised supplies. Second is far worse for everyone involved, they could have been caught by a Guardian. If this is the case then you must get out of here imediately... Unless you would like to help us further..." Throughout her entire monologue, neither Reina's voice or expression changed. Her hands had never left her weapons either.

Miyako stumbled and almost fell, her stomach was sick and her head began to swim. "No..", She whispered. He had been so altruistic, pure, and wonderful, only wanting to help, he'd loved her like a sister for years. He was gay, and had been the first one she'd told about her sexual proclivities. Alexander had never harmed a soul! They'd played together even as children, using his wind and her water to cause mischief and make beautiful things, like ice roses and angels, even snow. Miyako began to shake a bit, but she stood up as tall as she could and shook her head. "I have to do what I can to help Alexander, even if he is dead", Miyako stated, her voice drained of any humor or amusement, now it was tinted iwth fear and rage. "I will stay and do what I can to help you, I won't leave him forgotten..", She added.
Miyako turned to Senalore. "I understand if you want to leave now. Chances are this could get nasty. It won't be fun, and it's not your fight. So it's okay if you turn back now, just please don't tell anyone", Miyako said. "He was my closest friend, almost kin, and it's my fault that he is dead or in great trouble..", Miyako whispered as she turned back toward Reina. She would stay with the rebel group until she could save Alex, or figure out what happened to him. Then she would go back to her life if she could and try to continue aiding the South basis residents.

"I think I'll stay and watch," Senalore replied happily. "Nice to meet you, Miss Rebel. I'm just a spectator, here to observe the festivities." Turning back to Miyako, he frowned slightly. "Don't let your emotions take over, Miss Miya," he murmured after her. "That wouldn't be any fun at all." Things certainly are getting interesting tonight, Sena thought with a chuckle. I wonder if Lily's getting lonely without me, seeing as how I reserved her all tonight. Ah well, she'll have to just live with it, I suppose. I'll just pay her more next week. Sitting down on an empty crate with a sigh, Senalore looked at Miyako. "It's your fault that he's dead or in great trouble? What, did you call the Guardians down on him, or did you knock him out and deliver him to their doorstep yourself? How can it possibly be your fault," he muttered with a chuckle under his breath. "Going into battle with a head full of emotions is an easy way to get oneself killed."

Reina was blantly surprised when the woman didn't simply breakdown right infront of her. She was shaken of course, but refused to give in. Reina liked that. "I am glad to hear that you're willing to help. I will fill you in on the details later. This place is too open..." Her eyes wandered over to the man as he began to speak. He was right. Emotions could ruin your effectiveness in battle, or it could strengthen it. Reina chose the former.

Now was as good a time as any, Marcus made his move. He had called in suspicious activity a few moments ago and recieved the okay to go. He dropped from his post and quickly made his way over to his targets by jumping from rooftops and whatever he could find, while also taking neccesary precautions, until he stood near them on an adjacent shed. "You there!" He began with as much authority in his voice as he could muster. "I am going to have to take you all in for questioning. I am a Guardian." While saying this he pulled down the collar of his shirt, showing a black tattoo of a lion's head surrounded by a crown. "I ask that you not resist or I will be forced to bring you in by any means neccesary."

Reina's eyes widened slightly. How did I not sence him earlier? Is he able to hide his aura? No... No one can do that. Then how did I miss him!? Reina drew her shock pistols and held them level, aiming directly at the Guardian's head. "I am not in a very good mood right now... But I am feeling somewhat generous. You have ten seconds until I pull the trigger. What you do then is up to you... Ten... Nine... Eight..."

Marcus let out a sigh, they never just surrendered on the spot. "Very well then." Marcus reached into his pocket and drew a small device with three different colored buttons. He pressed the grey one to the far left. After pocketing the device, he jumped down and slowly began to walk towards the group as a thin mist filled the air.

"Bring us all in for questioning?" Sena raised an eyebrow and laughed. "No, I don't think you're going to bring us all in for questioning. Let me guess," he pursed his lips in mock thought. "You saw a suspicious little group of Southerners and decided to call your captain, later receiving permission to detain and bring that group in for questioning?" Chuckling lightly, he got up from the crate and dusted off his pants. "You don't have jurisdiction over me due to your order, Guardian." Laughing, he looked over at Reina. "Foolish girl, your inaction may have cost you some lives of your companions. Why give ten seconds? That moment of surprise was probably the only chance you had to take a good, clear shot." Shaking his head, he turned to the Guardian. "Clear that mist up this instant," Sena snapped, "Or I'm going to file a complaint of use of deadly force against a civilian."

Marcus stared at the Noble before him. "I have been given strict orders to bring in any suspicious persons with any suspected affiliations with any rebel group. Northerner or Southerner, it doesn't matter. You are not above the law." Marcus turned his attention to the elf with pistols drawn. She was done counting. Purple electricity concentrated into the form of a limited beam fired from each pistol simultaniously. It was nearly point blank, but both shots missed.
((OOC: Don't worry I wont be godmodding. It's how Marcus fights.))
