Diablo chuckled. She was light and cheerful, something he'd have to change over time. He looked at the two birds and saw the happiness. It was beginning to draw on his every nerve. Utau, as she called it, looked at it's wing to see it on fire, burning. The little bird tried to fly away, but it's wing was burning, and so it fell to the ground. It's wings slowly turning to ash and melting off. Bones falling to the ground from the burned wing. It caught to the torso and the little bird shriekied, cawed, and squeeled at the pain of the burning. As the fire caught to thew little birds head, it's eye burning, melting out of it's eye socket. It screeched once, loudly, in pain. Then it fell over, dead. The bird's remains turning to ash in the small flame. Diablo didn't look like he was creating the flame, but he did have a smile on his face from the pain he was causing the bird. He had stopped chuckling, but the smile was melded in place, his hazel eys flashed red. It returned to hazel quickly, himself realizing that he didn't want to scare the girl off. He quickly dropped his smile, acting sad for the bird. He wasn't a perfect actor, but he wasn't terrible either. He'd fool most humans, they weren't as good with reading features as Angels... and Demons just didn't care.

Zeru, back in his controlling, limiting, human form, came from the portal he'd created in the back alleyway. He saw one of the Elders, Anthony. However, he also saw the contrast, Diablo. Diablo and he could take down Anthony together if it came to anything like that. He waited for Radiance to come out of the portal before closing it.

Zeru looked at Eris. "No thank you, unless it'll make me more powerful than Malus," he replied. ((I'm getting bad writer's block. But I'll try.))

Eris glanced at the halfbreed and said, "It's time fore little toys to play a little game..." She sounded as though she knew something that they did not.. "Lady Eris likes to see her little toys amused at times.." she said which hinted that she knew something that might keep them entertained.

There was something strange about Eris.. as she gently tossed the cat onto Zeru's shoulder. The cat spoke in Eris's cold voice. "You don't sense Uvo fighting that Emim do you..?" Whether the cat was actually Eris or the doll looking girl was actually Eris would baffle anyone who tried to even think about it. "Lady Eris senses another interesting battle about to begin.. There are angels and emim there too.." She sensed others though she decided to let him sense it for himself." The little kitten then licked Zeru's cheek as she whispered to him, "Lady Eris favors you... Zeru should be happy.." and then the little girl caught the kitten as the kitten jumped into the girl's hands.

Eris giggled at Zeru for his offer, Lady Eris had planned on Zeru to offer.. It seemed as though she had at least traveled through shadows a few times and seemed to quite enjoy it by the giggle that she had made. She looked at his hand and then looked as though she was expecting him to pick her up. It wasn't the first time she had had Zeru hold her like a doll, and it probably wouldn't be the last.

Zeru rolled his eyes at her, and then picked her up in his arm, all the while smiling. She was becoming quite entertaining to him. Maybe he was just comparing her to his earlier situation. He preferred her over Faust. He then turned to Radiance and grabbed her hand. He took one step back and they all vanished into the shadows. ((Exit to houses))
