Yeah, they didn't have the house elves, SPEW or the animals in the maze, but the movie as a whole followed the book fairly well. LOVED IT LIKE WHOA! lol

The movie itself was great. Compared to the book... I wish they would have made it longer with more info rather than shorter and incomplete... Paladin and I saw it for a date yesterday. He had to tell me to be quite a lot cause I have a habit of pointing out all the mistakes...
I liked how Filch ran too. And that they did use specific lines from the book.

considering all they had to leave out, i was really impressed with how good it was. biggrin personally, leaving S.P.E.W. out didn't bother me too much, but they didn't do enough with Rita Skeeter and they shouldn't have done that whole lip-licking thing with Moody/Barty Jr. because it gave it away too soon. neutral

Oh my gosh, Moody was awesome, I lvoe the way that his eye looked! He acted.. a bit different than the book, but if you wanted to make a book into a movie without leaving any details, it would have to be a mini series for each book, I'm sure that they put as much asthey could in, I mean come on, it's still 2.5 hours long. What would be really cool is if they did an extended edition like they did with The Lord of the Rings.
and OMG Snape, when he kept hitting Ron and Harry, that was awesome.
What was everyone's favourite part?

*looks at all the other comments and sighs* I wish I could see it, maybe I'll go with my dad over the weekend... I get extra credit for my childrens literature class if I watch that (and or the Narnia movie) and bring in the stub and write a bit on it(Ie, what I liked and what I didn't) any whoo... yeah fun stuff.

Oh oh oh I want to see that movie so bad. I think that there is already a movie out but it is old. I think that it looks like it is going to be good also.

Yeah there is already a movie out, and yeah it is really old. I think it was a BBC production or something like that. They did it for all of the books(I think any way).

Are there any other movies coming out that I might not know about since I don't pay attention to what comes out when?

YAY! I finnally went to see HP! Now I can make semi intelegent convo in this thread! One thing I really didn't like was Dumbledore. I hated how he yelled so much. He never yells in the books.

Alex and I saw it again this afternoon when we were supposed to be at school. Just kidding, we didn't skip. It was an early release day.
Anyway, I still love the part where Snape hits Harry and Ron with the book.
