Oh yeah, to that answer about the other dam construction workers, I don't think the dismemberment case was just the workers mutilating eachother.

Um, basically it was Takano who had the Yamainu secretly poison Rika's dad, and Takano presumably killed Rika's mom in experiments. The construction workers got Hinamizawa Syndrome. It's as simple as that.

I totally missed the part where it said her parents were poisoned but what would cause the workers to actually kill eachother? I thought everyone in the village had the disease but only reached the point under great stress.

Well only Rika's father was poisoned. Like I said, it was the syndrome that caused the construction workers to kill the dam director. Though, it was originally out of self defense.
And yes the stress of the situation in Hinamizawa made the director go nuts and the construction workers tried to stop him but they ended up not being able to and decided to kill him.

I don't know if it's dead o_o I hope not sad Maybe we should start that RP up to attract more people to post... anyway...
Rika was presumably tortured to death by Shion in Watanagashi-hen ((I really hope there aren't people who haven't finished the story reading these spoilers...)).
The corpse at the beginning of Tatarigoroshi-hen was Rina! razz

For the first two questions:
Technically, The older twin is ACTUALLY Shion, Mion was mixed up and was tattooed instead. making Mion the younger one.If you guys understand that. O_o
