ロ J Ό Ŋ Ό ロ xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx "Tonight I'm so alone, this sorrow takes a hold. Don't leave me here so cold. Never want to be so cold."•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx The silence as they walked was unnerving. The blond wasn’t used to being quiet, but he refused to be the fist to talk. He’d apologized, that was as far as it was going. The guilt he had felt still had yet to leave, and the silence between them wasn’t helping. He kept his head bowed and followed the priest through the halls. It wasn’t that bad was it, leaving the room? So the Priest had told him not to, but the blond was bored and it was the only thing to do. He meant no harm in walking around, just wanted to look. The last time he checked looking wasn’t a crime. It was obvious to Jono though, that he had done something wrong. What, he wasn’t sure, but something. Probably something to do with disobeying the Priests orders. Jono winced slightly, hearing the doors slam behind him. So the other was pissed, the blond should have figured on it though. He didn’t know the brunet well enough, but from what he’d seen Jono had to guess the Priest was one of those people who just had to have things followed. The way he held himself, and those piercing azure eyes… the guy just screamed for obedience. That would usually piss the blond off, but for some reason he hadn’t put much thought into why he wasn’t so mad about it. The Priest was strange yet friendly… something that confused Jono to no end. The blond was ready for the lecture the brunet was starting to give him. It didn’t help the guilt he was already feeling though. Jono lowered his gaze to the floor, nodding as the other proceeded to yell at him. It pissed him off at the same time though. He was free now, didn’t that mean he didn’t need someone to order him around and escort him everywhere. That wasn’t freedom. Amber eyes lifted and glared at the other as he paced and then sat down. The Priest was down right confusing one minute he was all pissed off and shouting, the next he seemed distant and depressed. Jono cocked his head to the side slightly, mentally wondering what had gotten into the elder male. The Pharaoh had taken something from the Priest? Jono had only heard good things about the Pharaoh, but the tone the other was talking in he got the feeling the Priest thought otherwise. So then… what did the Pharaoh take and why? There were so many things that he didn’t understand. So many questions he wanted to ask. ”What’d he take? Jono crossed his arms, reddish brown eyes doing their best to glare at the Priest. The eventful day was starting to take it's toll, and the golden blond was getting tired. But to be honest, he wanted to know if this was some kind of bullshit or not. He’d been lied to before; been fed a line of s**t that he’d fallen for. It wasn’t going to happen a second time. •xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx"Don't leave me here like this. Seth~
Seth looked up at the blond youth. His heart pounded hard when the blond asked 'what he take?' Was he serious? A hurt expression displayed on the young priest's face. He might as well tell the story of how it really went down.
The day it all happened stood fresh within his memories. It never died or faded from his mind. He took a deep breath and kept his cool, trying not to reveal anymore emotions he kept bottled up.
"You want to know what he took...from me..., do you..?" Asked the brunet in a whisper like voice yet sounding completely distant.
He looked down hesitantly then looked back up with a serious expression on his face. His cerulean eyes met those of amber. Part of him didn't want to tell the story cause it would bring back haunted memories. The other part had to tell the blond. So the blood would know of the dangers that lied ahead with being with the brunet.
"It was 3 years ago this took place. We were dealing with the King of Thieves and plan to seek revenge on the pharaoh." He sighed a bit. He knew the boy was probably just a child back then, still blossoming into a young man.
"I was head of the palace guards and in charge of capturing him and sentencing his death.." Oh how he could remember it just like yesterday. "I knew right there and then, the pharaoh and the previous pharaoh weren't all they were cut out to be.." Seth was ever so stunned how so many rumors could possibly true to match the pharaoh and his judgment on things.
"The Thief King was seeking revenge for his village that was destroyed by the pharaoh. He supposedly was just a mere child when all that happened. My mission took an interesting turn when I began using my millennium rod to use people's Ka as a way of battling and not for just sealing them away into stone tablets." The brunet tried his best to keep it short, sweet, and to the point. He didn't want to bore the boy with small details and what not.
"Then I ran into her along the way. An old friend my childhood past. She was different from the others, just like you are. She had pale skin, and palish blue hair with bright blue eyes." He kept a straight face and didn't soften one bit. He truly wish, he could have saved her and protected her. He failed miserably at that and regretted it ever since.
"What truly made her different was her Ka. It possessed the Blue Eyes White Dragon. She held tremendous power within. But I only witnessed it once when we escaped her village, she used that power to protect me. I was a priest at training at that time and I found her being tortured by the people of her village." He got up from his thrown and paced a bit before stopping and leaning upon the wall.
"Everything began falling in place after that. The pharaoh now stepped in and decided to go against my plans, I bit my tongue and just took his orders. My father who I just learned was Priest Akunadin, crossed into the dark forces and joined the Thief King to rid the pharaoh." He sighed once more, clenching his fist. Memories became more vivid as the story went on.
"No one offered to help in the battle. They all stood on the sidelines watching. The pharaoh made things worse and I was up against the dark forces. Alone with half my army." He took another breath and loosened his fist a bit. Still remaining calm though it was noted he was upset through the tone in his voice.
"The pharaoh joined the battle after the rest of my army was wiped out. All he cared about was his safety and those ridiculous millennium items. My life almost ended as I was about to be attacked and wipe off the face of Earth. Then she came to my aid and joined my side in the form of the Blue Eyes White Dragon and canceled the attack." The tone of his voice rose a bit more higher as the story continued. His loosened fist shook a bit but not as much.
"I...I lost her due to the pharaoh. Because of his selfish desires and his previous accomplishments. It caused lives to be lost and dreaded pasts for everyone.. Including my lost for her.. To keep her spirit going on, I sealed her Ka to the stone tablet as her last request.." His dropped and didn't lift after that. The story was finally coming to an end.
"That was the last I saw of Kisara.." The priest finally mentioned her name. "She was a bit older than you when she died.."
His heart got heavier and his chest tightened as the story ended. He looked up slowly and his expression went a bit soft now. "I'm not sure if you see why I don't want you alone. Especially with the pharaoh... He's capable of horrible things.. And I rather not lose you after just finding you.."

ロ J Ό Ŋ Ό ロ xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx "Tonight I'm so alone, this sorrow takes a hold. Don't leave me here so cold. Never want to be so cold."•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx The golden bloned listened carefully at the other’s story. Amber eyes shifted to the golden stick when the Priest went off on a bit of a tangent about it. So that’s why he carried it around all the time, it was magical. Jono supposed that made sense. As the tale progressed though, it only seemed to sink lower and lower into the exslaves gut. So the stories about the Pharaoh were faults, most things about the palace and it’s occupants was rumors anyway. The story left a bad taste in his mouth, that was for sure. So the Pharaoh had sacrificed millions of people so he could avoid moments on the battle field. It didn’t seem like the Pharaoh had meant to kill… Kisara? But… it was his fault regardless. Nevertheless Egypt wasn’t at war, he certainly wasn’t going to go running into a battle. Jono nodded, eyes looking anywhere but the Priest. The thing about the Ka’s was running around in his mind. So she had a dragon Ka? He shifted a bit uncomfortable. Those glowing red-eyes coming into his train of though. He knew what that was like. He’d heard of the Blue Eyes White Dragon, it was rumored to be one of the most rarest of all. Dragon Ka’s in general were rare, but the Blue-Eyes. The blond shook his head, moving over to a step stool and sitting down on it. That was a lot if information to be taking in at once. ”I… I’m sorry..” Jono wasn’t sure what else to say. There were still things he didn’t understand, questions he wanted to ask… but he wasn’t going to voice them now. He didn’t know why the Priest was viewing him like… Kisara. The brunet didn’t know him at all, so he had blond hair… was that the only link he had with her? He had a dragon Ka, yes, but the Priest had no knowledge of that. It was best not to mention that though, he managed the beast just fine… telling someone would only cause in a mass panic. He could relate to her though, the village torturing her because of her Ka. It was one of the reasons he was put into slavery. People were afraid of things they couldn’t control. Emotional amber eyes turned to look at opening in the Priests wall. It was late, a fact shown by how high up the moon was. Jono did his best to mask his tired and now up set thoughts. He could relate all to well, and that was something he didn’t want known. He leaned over, resting the side of his head against the cool smooth surface of the wall the stool was set up against. What had he gotten himself into? •xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx"Don't leave me here like this. 'Can't hear me scream from the abyss. Seth~
Seth didn't say anymore to the boy. He was tired and emotionally drained and stressed. And he couldn't find himself wanting to sleep. Though now, he probably had to face the pharaoh tomorrow and explain why a boy in tattered clothes was in the palace.
So many thoughts plague his mind. So much happening all in one day. He wasn't wanting any of this kind of stress. He heard the boy apologize once more. Before he headed over to the balcony of his room on the other side, he passed a look at the boy and nodded.
"Its not your fault... Now go to sleep. You really do need rest..."
With that Seth walked across the room and walked onto the balcony. He sat on the railing gazing up into the moonlit and starlit sky. He secretly let a tear fall down on his face. In more than one way both this boy and Kisara were alike and in more than way they were completely different.
His feelings for Kisara were entirely brotherly as well as compassionate. He wish he could have gotten to known her better and shared a stronger bond. Now he could do that with the blond he found. If he had to, he would explain more of his reasons why he wants the blond here.
What attracted the brunet from the blond was the fiery spirit the blond held. Also the rare site of blond hair was new to him, even if the boy was just a slave. Still, he seemed to stunned by such beauty. He was a bit more paler than Kisara was on the side note.
Slave or not, status meant nothing to the priest. Most would have been disgusted. But Seth appreciates most beauty of things in life. Kisara being the first beauty and now the now this boy, that he meant hours ago in the alley way in Khemet. 'Only if he knew what he means to me... Maybe he'd understand..'
The cool air of the night lightly swept around the brunet as he closed his eyes to enjoy it momentarily. It felt good and during the day it was really hot or humid out. Something that easily made the brunet slightly nauseated. He sighed contently for a change and the tension quickly left his body as he enjoyed the cool air of the night.

ロ J Ό Ŋ Ό ロ xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx "Tonight I'm so alone, this sorrow takes a hold. Don't leave me here so cold. Never want to be so cold."•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx Jono watched the other carefully as he moved to the other side of the room. So it was a balcony. The blond wasn't sure having the drapes covering most of the entryway. He made a note to go out on it some other time. He nodded at the other's words he watched the brunet vanished behind the fabric. Amber eyes shifted to the overly large bed and blinked at it a few times. It looked so comfortable, and was calling out to his tired body... yet Jono couldn't bring himself to go to it. The Priest had told him to sleep, but hadn't given him permission to do so in his bed. He'd caused enough trouble for the elder male already for one night. With a sigh, Jono looked around the room for a comfortable place to rest for the night. Nothing as luxurious as the bed stuck out to him. With a sigh, the golden haired youth grabbed a smooth pillow from one of the small sitting chairs before he moved to lay down against the wall. The interesting thing about Egypt, it was blistering hot in the day, yet the moment the sun set everything became cold. The blond let off a shiver, eyes watching the swaying of the curtains as the breeze ran through them. The moon shown through a bit, making the gold shimmer an almost silver color. The sight and the soothing breeze quickly lulled the exhausted youth into a light slumber. He couldn't help but wonder, before he drifted off what exactly the Priest saw in him. They'd only known each other for a few hours yet the other talked as if he saw some deeper connection Jono couldn't even think about. What was it? How could the Priest sit there and talk like he knew him. Was it even possible? With a restless mind, the golden blond finally slipped into sleep. Mind still plagued with unanswered questions, and strange thoughts. •xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx"Don't leave me here like this. 'Can't hear me scream from the abyss. Seth~
It was not long after Jono fell asleep that the brunet decided he should sleep as well. He had a long day himself and need much rest. He got up and left the balcony and turned, heading for the bed. He noticed the sleeping blond on the floor. He shook his head and sighed. He picked the boy up gently, not trying to wake him in his well deserved slumber.
He gently place the frail body upon his bed and placed the sheets over the boy's body. He soon was removing some adornments from his attire, preparing for bed. His eyes were already getting heavy. And lying in bed seem to be heaven for the priest. Once removing the gold bracers and bands from his wrists and arms, he climbed into and fell fast asleep.
Somehow during the middle of his sleep, he found himself pulling the boy into his embrace and holding him protectively. His facial expression was never relaxed as if he were thinking in his sleep. Even he felt a bit restless, he decided not to toss and turn for the night. He would stay strong and keep his protective embrace on the youth in his arms.
It felt nice to hold someone, someone that he liked and didn't mind. He remember how nice it felt to hold Kisara close and show her brotherly compassion. To protect her and give her a better life himself. That never happened though. Bakura, the King of Thieves had other plans, so did the pharaoh as well. More blame was put towards the pharaoh however. Not so much to Bakura. Remembering such a horrid thing as that cause the brunet to shiver like that.
However, this was different now. Bakura was no longer around to wreak his havoc and seek revenge. His plans and himself fell hard. The pharaoh reigned victorious and yet so many lives were lost. To think, his own life could have taken if it had went out of control. Now, Seth vowed to give this boy a better life and a chance to start over. What he didn't get to do for an old friend, he would surely do for this young boy that he admired so much.
He opened his eyes after a while of sleeping and looked at the blond beauty he held. He genuinely stroked the boy's messy hair and smiled a bit. He felt all tension leave and felt himself at ease. There was something special about the blond that Seth couldn't place his finger on. It wasn't the rare beauty the boy had. Nor was it his Ka. Maybe after tonight's rest, he'd figure what it would be tomorrow. He gave the boy one last glimpse as he stroked the boy's hair one last time before he returned back to sleep.

ロ J Ό Ŋ Ό ロ xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx "Tonight I'm so alone, this sorrow takes a hold. Don't leave me here so cold. Never want to be so cold."•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx The night had been full of dreams for Jono, a lot of dreams. They started out dark and a bit depressing. He dreamed about his old village and his family, before he was a slave. He didn't remember much of them, he was so little... but there were a few flashes of memory that he clung to. Then they shifted, back to when he first met his Dragon. He couldn't sleep that night, so he'd gone for a walk to the outskirts of town. There was a group of thugs out, and they had tried to attack him. The golden haired teen felt guilty for what had happened to them, but if the dragon hadn't come out, he would have been killed. Survival of the fittest he supposed, though he didn't like the notion. His dreams about the dragon weren't so bad though. The mainly consisted of glowing red eyes in the darkness, watching him so intensely the teen could hardly take it. But it wasn't bad. In a way it was a comfort to Jono to know someone was at least watching out for him, someone loved him... even if it was a dragon. Then things shifted again, this time more pleasant and caring. He couldn't say what it was... he was just warm. Perhaps it wasn't a dream, just some feeling he had in the back of his mind; like he was safe. A few times he thought there was something running through his hair, but the sleeping boy didn't put much thought into it; simply moved closer to the feeling. Morning came all to soon for the exslave. He let out a soft groan, and shifted closer to the warmth next to him. It was too bright, and he wanted more sleep. Stupid sun. He wasn't lazy; he was usually a morning person, but after last night he needed a bit more sleep than he usually had. Having waited for sleep to come back, but finding it wouldn't. Jono let off a sigh, amber eyes slowly blinking open. It took a moment to adjust to the bright light of day, but soon the golden blond was able to focus. His brow furrowed slightly in confusion, finding himself on the amazingly soft bed. He hadn't remembered falling asleep on it... The boy looked up, to see what he was curled up next to, surprised to see the sleeping face of the Priest for last night. It took Jono a moment to realize his current situation; the priests arms wrapped around him, him being pressed up against the other and their legs entangled with one another. Reddish brown eyes widened, his cheeks flushing a bright shade of pink. He wasn't sure why it was strange, it just felt weird. Not wanting to wake the other up, but having the need to set up and wash his face, Jono proceeded to try and untangle himself from the other. The attempt wasn't going too well, him not moving too much so he wont wake the other wasn't getting him anywhere. •xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx"Don't leave me here like this. Seth~
Morning came like nothing. The priest felt like he slept 5 hours or less. He released what he held close to him and rolled over burying his face in the soft pillows. The morning air seem to be different than most other days. It was rather cool for a change and it felt nice. He shifted again in bed before continuing to sleep more.
So many thoughts danced in the brunet's head. One thought made him stir more. Seeing the pharaoh. Oh Ra, it was going to be hell for Seth. He rolled over more and slowly rose. 'Why did I have to be burn into loyalty? Ra, is my life that entertaining to make me suffer?'
He began placing the golden bands and bracers on his arms and wrists. He then left the bed and walked past the boy not noticing him. He had thrown his cloak on and grabbed his millennium rod along the way. He entered another room that was connected.
Marble and pure gold was the choice of decor for this room. There was a giant washing area (something like a tub perhaps) and a huge sink. There was at least more than 3 dozen shelves going along the wall and 5 dressers of sorts lined up against the walls. Different soaps, lotions, and beauty products were sorted on these shelves. And in these 5 dressers held towels and other fabrics within.
The priest made his way over to the sink to wash his face and straighten his disheveled hair. He stood in the mirror for a bit before going over to a shelf and pulling down a beauty product. Most likely a rare perfume bottle. He dash a little on and then place it back. He then turned around and returned to his room.
Seth walked straight over to the balcony to catch some sun and some air for himself. He gently seated himself on the balcony and remained silent enjoying the site of his city, Khemet.

ロ J Ό Ŋ Ό ロ xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx "Tonight I'm so alone, this sorrow takes a hold. Don't leave me here so cold. Never want to be so cold."•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx Jono watched with slight interest as the other moved around on the bed. Apparently he wasn't the only who didn't want to get up. He did feel bad for waking the other though, he'd moved around a bit too much... The blond had to admit though, it was nice to have a little space between them. Egypt was hot, and being under covers and laying so close to someone didn't help Ra's heat. Curious amber eyes watched as the other got out of bed and went over to a door, probably leading to a connecting room. Did the Priest forget he was here already? The other hadn't even given him a side glance. Had he done something wrong? The blond couldn't think of anything, though maybe being in the bed was some kind of insult. Jono couldn't remember going to sleep on it, but perhaps he had done it in the middle of the night and didn't remember. The golden haired youth sat the for a moment, wondering if he was supposed to go in there. If he learned anything from last night it was that if he were to go anywhere have someone with him, and despite the fact he thought he could handle himself, he'd obey that command... at least for awhile. Jono stood, mind made that he'd follow the Priest. After all there wasn't much to be done in the room. The bed chambers were rather annoying, though getting more sleep did sound rather appealing at the moment. Shaking his head, the blond moved a step towards the door right as it opened. Instinctively he backed up a bit as the other passed him again without a glance. Okay he had to have done something. Now if only he could figure out what! Now slightly aggravated with himself, Jono stood there for a moment, racking his brain for something that could have off set the brunet. biting his lower lip, the golden blond moved to the balcony and pushed the soft drapes aside. "Are... are you okay?" The youth questioned, shoulders and head peaking out from behind the curtains before he stepped fully onto the balcony. He'd never been on one before, and was slightly surprised at how high they were. He slowly moved over by the Priest, hands reaching out to clutch the railing, a bit afraid at how high they were. Amber eyes moved to look at the other, hoping he hadn't done something, when a smell caught his attention. "What is that?" Jono tilted his head a bit, brow furrowed. He could almost place it, yet whatever the odor was was right out of his reach. "It smells so familiar."•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx"Don't leave me here like this. Seth~
Seth who was calmly resting on the balcony and became startled a bit. He turned to see a confused blond nearing him. His hand motioned Jono to join him. His expressionless face gave a pleasant smile. He face the boy a bit and petted the youth's head.
"I'm fine.. Why do you ask?"
The priest stared into the ex-slave's eyes for a brief moment before returning his gaze to the boy's face. He shifted slightly to make himself more comfortable.
"I guess I'm just a bit nerve-wrecked for the meeting later this afternoon.."
Royalty or not, everyone was intimidated one way or another by the pharaoh. He knew the boy was concerned and he didn't want him to worry about such little things that can be handle within a matter of minutes.
"None-the-less, you need not to worry about what happens to me. I'll return safely."
He petted the boy again before looking out into the city again. Seth then noticed how nerve-wrecked he was for being on this balcony. He then pulled the boy closer and smiled.
"Don't worry, I won't let you fall. This balcony however is very stable. It'll only crumble if it were attacked by an enemy."
Seth kept the boy in his embrace and remained looking out into the horizon. He enjoyed mornings and nights. In between the day wasn't really much of anything, nothing breath-taking at least. The sunsets and sunrises were truly a sight to see in Egypt, no questions asked.
"I take it you like perfumes?" He looked questionably at the boy for a moment. "Its lilac and jasmine."
He soon pulled the boy on his lap and propped himself sitting fully on the banister with his legs hanging out. Of course his hold remained firmed as the boy sat in his lap in the same position. "Enjoying the view?" He smirked a bit. Though hopefully his intention was not to scare the boy. But he wanted him to catch a glimpse of the city in full and better view.

ロ J Ό Ŋ Ό ロ xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx "Tonight I'm so alone, this sorrow takes a hold. Don't leave me here so cold. Never want to be so cold."•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx It was an odd gesture in the blond's opinion, yet it felt nice all the same. Jono couldn't help but feel like some kind of house pet the way the other was petting him, but he let the Priest continue though. He supposed it wasn't that big of a deal, and there was something on the other's mind. The blond raised an eyebrow at the other's response. Why did he ask? Because there was obviously something troubling the brunet. The golden haired youth wasn't the quickest to catch on, but he wasn't blatantly stupid. He didn't say anything to answer the question, instead he simply looked up at the other, waiting for a real answer which came soon after. So he had a meeting... probably had something to do with his late night exploring. A wave of guilt flowed through him again. So he really had been the cause for the other's odd behavior, though how he knew it wasn't the Priests usually behavior was a mystery. They hadn't known each other for an entire day, let alone enough to know the other's normalcy. The next comment didn't help Jono feel any better. What if something did happen as punishment. After the story last night, the Pharaoh could do anything. There was a big difference coming home safe and coming home without any pain, the exslave was an expert on that. He nodded though, hoping not to make things worse. Jono was doing his best to act normal and not seem like he was about grab onto the nearest pillar. He'd never been this high up before, it was new and would take him a while to get used to. The golden blond let out a soft yelp, feeling the Priest start to pull him. Instinctively he gripped onto the other's robs where they hung on his shoulders. Eyes glued to the edge of the railing. He was a bit jumpy when it came to new things. But great, as long as the palace wasn't under attack the balcony wouldn't give way. He'd just have to make sure there wasn't an attack while he was out on it. "O-Oh." He nodded, trying to relax and enjoy the nice breeze, but finding it rather difficult to do so. There was what seemed to be a long silence, enough time that the boy started to relax a bit, leaning into the other just to make sure he didn't fall over. "Yeah..." Jono nodded at the other's question, eyes closing, leaning closer to the other as he took an deep inhale of the smell again. He did like it, it helped him calm down. Lilac and Jasmine, he didn't think he knew what the first one was... but the smell was still familiar, for whatever reason. Jono couldn't help but gasp as he felt himself being pulled up into the other's lap. Eyes made the mistake of looking down at the ground, only causing him to lean as far back as the Priest would let him, amber eyes now squeezed shut. His hands moved back in an awkward position, gripping on to the fabric around the other's hips. As the Priest questioned about the view, the exslave slowly opened his eyes and looked around in awe. He didn't know the city was so big. It was one of the main cities, if not the main city of Egypt... but even so the size was ten times greater than he'd expected. "You can see everything from up here!" Jono smiled slightly, still not willing to lean forward, but enjoying himself a bit more than he had been. Time passed, Jono wasn't sure how long... he wasn't good at keeping time, but he was more at ease being on the balcony -- though if he would ever sit up on the railing was probably never going to happen again. "When do you have to leave?" The Priest leaving meant he'd be bored again. He didn't want to get the other into more trouble, so he'd be forced to stay in the boring room... alone. It was strange, having known someone in such a short amount of time, but still not wanting to leave their company. •xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx"Don't leave me here like this. Seth~
Seth kept a firm hold on the boy, noticing he was uncomfortable with their sitting position. He chuckled seeing the boy cling to him. The image was rather cute in his eyes. Maybe half the purpose of doing was to get the boy closer to him. He lightly rested his head on the others head, smiling a bit.
"I won't drop you, I promise." Seth reassured, gently rocking the boy in his arms.
The morning air gently blew past them as they sat upon the balcony. The thought of meeting the pharaoh later today was the only thought that made him uneasy. But right after the meeting, he was going to spend the whole day getting to know the youth that he adored so much. One little one-on-one with the pharaoh was not going to ruin his day.
When Seth heard the blond say he could see everything up from here, he laughed a bit, ruffling his hair. It was true. Just imagine sitting up on here at night, gazing into the stars and looking over to the moon. That is going to be more breath-taking than anything else. And if not, he couldn't wait until the blond could gaze upon the sunset and sunrise for Khemet, that was truly a sight to be hold.
He couldn't wait for the evening to come, he was going to share those moments with the boy. The boy would surely love it. He seemed to be enjoying the site of the city, so why not. He figured blindfolding the youth would be a fun way of surprising him. Maybe before that, the boy could spruce up a bit.
His happy thoughts took hold as the blond asked a certain question. When does he have to leave? That was the question that changed his smile into a frown ever so quickly. It bothered him. He didn't want to leave the boy alone and have him being dragged away if he was to wander the halls again. He also knew there wasn't much to do in his chambers as well.
"Sometime during the afternoon. It should not take long at all though. Worry not.." He petted the boy again.
He sighed looking back into his chamber and around the area. He kept thinking of something for the youth to occupy himself with. Hopefully for a mere hour, since that's how long the meeting will take. When his eyes caught sight of the washroom his frown turn into a smile again. That's it! He could bath for a while and relax. His gaze returned back to the ex-slave.
"The meeting will be an hour, I won't be long as said before. Will you be able to bath for that amount of time till I get back?" He cupped the blond's chin, tilting the boy's head up facing him. "It'll give you something to do and you might enjoy it."
Hopefully the youth will agree and comply to it. That'll surely make the priest feel a bit more better about the whole ideal. Anything to keep the young one occupied and reassure the priest some peace at mind.

ロ J Ό Ŋ Ό ロ xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx "Tonight I'm so alone, this sorrow takes a hold. Don't leave me here so cold. Never want to be so cold."•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx Jono was starting to get used to sitting there, finally. He had slowly let his grasp on the other relax, and his hands now rested in his lap. The blond smiled slightly, eyes looking around and trying to take in everything. The city was so big, and from up here he could see practically all of it. There were spots where he could even get glimpses of the market and the busy people walking around. The golden blond wasn't sure how long they had been sitting there, but it wasn't like he minded. The rocking wasn't helping his newly woken mind; he was starting to get sleeping again. "Hn." He hummed, smiling lazily as he rested his head against the other's shoulder. Jono didn't think the other would drop him, it was more just a height thing than the other pushing him off or something. It was weird though, being this comfortable around someone he had just met. Hell he didn't even know the other's name. Was it his place to ask? Amber eyes looked down at his lap. What was this anyway? Why was he here? For protection, that's what the other had said... But why did the other want to protect him? He'd asked enough questions and had caused enough trouble for the Priest in one day. The afternoon? So the other had a while until he had to go, which meant a while until he'd have to find something to occupy him while the Priest was gone. Maybe he'd go back to sleep or something, it was the only real thing he could think about doing. Jono blinked. A bath? That actually sounded like an amazing idea. He probably smelled horrible, and his tunic still had a bit of blood on it. "Ye-yeah. Okay." The golden blond nodded, eyes looking up at deep sapphire. "What about my tunic? Where can I wash it?" He pulled at the tan fabric a bit. It was more filthy than he was. The blond shifted a bit, wondering if he should move off the Priests lap. He probably had to get ready for his meeting anyway, and being more of a bother was something Jono was trying to avoid. •xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx"Don't leave me here like this. Seth~
Seth looked down at the boy and chuckled lightly. Perfect, the boy was going to bath for at least an hour while he was away. Now the boy was concerned about his tunic. Indeed it was filthy and blood stained. The priest petted the boys head again and got off the balcony, carrying the boy with him.
He walked over to the bed and sat the boy down. Then the priest walked over to the wardrobe and reached into it, pulling a much more better looking tunic then the one the boy was wearing. He then walked back over to the boy and handed him the tunic and smiled.
"You shall wear this tunic. I have a few to spare for you for now."
Seth took notice that it was almost time for his meeting. He place the fresh looking tunic upon the bed.
"I will be taking my leave for a bit. Bath and change into the new one I gave you. If I take a bit longer take a nap right after the bath. I'll try to hurry back to you."
The priest headed to the door and opened and stepped out. He looked back one last time. He half smiled and sighed.
"I know you will have more questions for me. I will answer them when I return."
With that the priest turned around, walked out, and shut the door. He walked down several corridors as he made his way to find the pharaoh. He hoped the pharaoh was calm and not furious or anything of a sorts. He didn't feel like arguing with his own blood. It was infuriating.
Seth was one for being calm and cool. But if the pharaoh plans on arguing with the priest, all hell would break loose. And quite frankly he rather explain himself than argue. He had his answers already planned out. He already knew what words to choose as well. He just hoped the pharaoh would comprehend and be understanding.
Soon he entered the pharaoh's chambers and knelt before him. He waited for the pharaoh to speak.

ロ J Ό Ŋ Ό ロ xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx "Tonight I'm so alone, this sorrow takes a hold. Don't leave me here so cold. Never want to be so cold."•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx The Priests chuckle got a smile out of the blond haired youth. It was a nice sound, and it was good to hear knowing that the other was probably stressed about his meeting with the Pharaoh. Jono was glad to have left the balcony for now. He was getting used to it, but it was a relief to be back inside nonetheless. Amber eyes watched the brunet intently as he started pulling something out from his wardrobe. The blond tilted his head slightly, his curiosity kicking in. He blinked, gaping slightly at the tunic in the other's hand. It was so... well clean, and white! "Wow." The exslave smiled slightly at the piece of fabric. "I can really wear that?" He looked up at the Priest, smile growing wider as the outfit was placed on the bed next to him. Jono ran his fingers over the smooth fabric. He'd never felt something so soft. As the other spoke, Jono looked up at him. Nodding at the other's orders. A nap actually sounded like a good idea. Reality was it probably wouldn't take him an hour to wash. A bit regretfully, the golden haired boy watched the Priest make his way towards the door. He knew the brunet had to go, but the blond didn't really want the other to go. Bath or not, he still felt bad for causing the other trouble. His attention started to go to his lap, when the other turned in the doorway. The redish brown eyed teen nodded at the other's last comment. He did have other questions to ask, but he supposed they weren't that important... though knowing the other's name probably would be needed. A few moments after the Priest left, the blond wandered into the bathing area, a bit surprised at the size of the room and the things in it. So many bottles of smells, towels and other kind of grooming items. Not wanting to mess around with things, Jono simply stripped out of his tunic and stepped into the large bath. God did it feel amazing to be in water. A slaves bath usually consisted a quick run under a bucket. He hadn't been in a bath since... well since he was a kid before he was sold into slavery. Jono let out a sigh, eyes closing as he relaxed back against the edge of the tub. He drifted under the water for a moment, getting his hair wet. He ran his fingers through it, ruffling it a bit in hopes to help clean it. He tilted his head back when he came up, making sure his hair wasn't in his face. Jono lost track of time, enjoying the water and the feeling of just being clean. He figured it was time to get out though. He didn't want to be lingering in the bath when the other got back. With a regretful sigh, the golden blond stood from the pool, stepping out carefully so he wouldn't slip. Grabbing a large towel, the exslave started to try himself off. He wished it was easier to dry his hair, but it would air dry soon enough. Content that he was dry enough, he grabbed the silky tunic. He wasn't used to something so rich looking, and his past tunics were more of a dress, than just a skirt; having his chest exposed was going to take some getting used to. Still, it fit pretty well. It hung a bit loose off his hips, but it would stay on and was comfortable. Rubbing the towel in his hair to make sure he'd gotten it as dry as he could, Jono went back into the bed chamber. The blond wasn't all that surprised that the Priest hadn't gotten back yet. The lithe male pulled the sheer curtains back from the bed before moving to sit on it. Jono was a bit tired, though he wasn't sure if he could actually take a nap. He'd agreed that he would though. The golden blond didn't want to cause the other more trouble. The bed was so comfortable too. With a small smile the exslave laid down on the bed, arms wrapping around one of the many pillows on the over sized bed. Jono drifted off into a very light sleep, he probably couldn't really call it sleep. It was more like a tired zoned out stage. His eyes were closed, his mind wasn't all there but in the very back of his mind he could feel a small breeze coming into the room. •xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx•xxxxx"Don't leave me here like this.
