Raikou nodded and flopped down, pinning Sholto under one of his arms as the pup squirmed and growled playfully. As his tails shifted in the small breeze, he laid his head down pleasantly, closing his eyes for a bit. Opening one at Menudo's insistence that they didn't have to change their day, he half growled, half chuckled under his breath, closing his eye once more.

"Truthfully.....it's more interesting to find another legendary anyways. It's been a while since I've seen either of my two siblings, Entei and Suicune.....it's nice to see someone who doesn't look at you like you're a god again," he remarked, enjoying the light companionable conversation. Looking at the water as a stray Buizel darted to and fro at the bottom, he turned his attention back to Menudo himself.

"So what brings your partner here anyways? Katarina isn't a bad place, but it's a bit crowded for a legendary. Not to mention Aurore's place and the surrounding forests are frequented by trainers all the time. A bit risky, isn't it? Just being here?" he asked with interest. Not to say it wasn't risky for HIM to be here, but ever since Aurore changed his opinions on most, if not all, humans he'd refused to leave her side. He didn't quite know why either, since there was no pokeball compelling him to do so. Gratitude maybe. She was his partner, not his trainer, though. That much he was sure on.

Sholto decided it was time to get up though. The pup didn't like lounging around just yet like Rai and Dream did, he wasn't quite old enough to appreciate it. So, running back to the edge of the clearing, he turned and made a mad dash for the lake, leaping up over it and belly-flopping into the water with a crash and spray that went everywhere. Rai jumped up quickly and skirted out of the way, figuring that Menudo would either do the same, or find another way to keep himself dry. He'd heard that cats didn't like water, and a Mewtwo was a big cat in a sense, or at least that's what he'd come to learn. As he settled back down again, Sholto resurfaced and started doggie-paddling all over the little lake.

"Aaaaah haha. Cold water is cold," he laughed, diving down at intervals to try and catch random Magikarp that were toddling along at the bottom, and spinning circles with them when he did catch them. Raikou watched him with a small smile. Funny pup. With a few blinks, he looked down at himself, then at Sholto, then made a grunt of disgust.

"Ew. Oh gods.....I just had a 'fatherly moment' like Dream.....aaaah, I'm getting old. That's just wrong," he grunted at himself, letting his head rest on his paws as he sulked. Looking to Menudo out of the corner of his eye, he sent a tiny spark the Mewtwo's way to remind him he was still waiting on those answers.

Menudo was about to answer, if the slight hand movement was any sign of it, when the electrike decide to go for a dip. Seeing the water coming his way, he did.............absolutely nothing. Or so it seemed, the water that had come his way was now just hanging in the air, several inches from him. His eyes were glowing blue as he sat up, yawned and scratched behind a right horn with his right foot.

The water still in the air came together to form an orb and then take a shape of figure to be humanoid, which ran in an invisible trampoline, jumped and dove into the lake, joining the rest of the body of water with a little 'plop' sound. Since Menudo was still taking care of an itch behind his horn, it was likely he did that to entertained the on watching but hiding pokemon and Sholto.

Part of his foot paw fur stood up at the little spark and he gave the other a look before he started to lick the fur down while answering. "Adriel is a wandering healer, while he gets most of his supplies from the land itself, he does have to stop at cities sometimes to gain certain things that this land is not abundant in and conduct business with the company he works for sometimes. Such as collecting and delivering certain types of medicines to pokecenters and pokemon daycares. Normally I follow him into the city by staying in the air and out of sight, but today he decided to enlist your partner's help to keep him....as humans say 'out of his hair'." Once satisfy with his fur being brought down, he put his foot down and lay back on the ground. "As for being in Katherine specifically, it was the closest place where he could re-supply and pick up his own medicine. Waiting longer to be closer to a less risky town would be risk on him suffering health wise."

Rai nodded in understanding, very sedate and sage-like for once, but perhaps being with another legendary sobered up his personality a bit. He chuckled as he watched Menudo's little water show for Sholto and the water pokemon, who were all bobbing at the surface to watch this strange yet enjoyable charade. Once it was done, Sholto looked around wildly as if it was going to pop back out and get them, then calmed down as he realized his surprise and anxiety problems were setting small sparks into the water and hurting his watery friends. Looking around at them, he dived down again to play with a shy Dratini and it's older sibling, a Dragonair, at the bottom of the lake. He had to keep coming up for air though.

Raikou watched the pup and looked to Menudo, a slightly concerned look on his face.

"Health issues? I can understand that.....humans do tend to get worried about them often.....Aurore fusses over Dream sometimes even though he doesn't like it.....doesn't like feeling useless, you know? He has trouble getting up stairs, but he snaps at her when she tries to pick him up and carry him," he nodded solemnly. He too, felt guilty that he hadn't been able to totally cure the Furett. He'd saved his life though, and for that both Dream and Aurore were eternally thankful. Streching a bit, he walked around the little lake, watching Sholto bob up and down to play. "That is amazing work though that your Adriel does.....I have a respect for healers. Aurore's father is one, but he's more of a modern-type human medicine that is applied to pokemon instead.....does he hide you often with people you trust, or do you always have to hide in the shadows? I'd assume he wouldn't keep you in a pokeball, so it must be hard to travel," he remarked, looking up at Menudo from where he'd been staring at his reflection.

The altered feline pokemon watched the water, he had never truly fear it, nor did he enjoy it all that much. He was seated far enough that he had the joy of not seeing his reflection. Lately, his own looks trouble him, propping Adriel's light teasing over him being vain.

"Actually, I do have a pokeball, but it doesn't get much use. Sometimes I hide in it, if its the only way to stay near Adriel. Hidding in the shadows is enjoyable, but sometimes I fear that I might be too far to do anything if he gets in trouble." He gave a soft chuckle. "He really never leaves me with anyone, he knows I wouldn't listen, but today I respected his wishes of being alone. I understand his need for a break of being under my watch....and being around another legendary does me some good too." No to mention, tho he didn't let it show on his face, that it was nice that someone had refer to Adriel as 'his'.

"I am just lucky that Zatao is mostly uncolonize from humans and Adriel likes to travel to the most secluded areas....Makes it quiet easy to stay out of trouble with the other humans."
