XD It does still exist...but you guys already can be equipped shirtless. When we de-equip tops, there is always a little grey tube top on still. And yes, I could tell you...but then I'd have to kill you.

Well, keep in mind i'm bad with remembering the names of items/rings.
You have to equip the bubble, sea thing for your head and the shark chest plate thing on your body. You won't be able to test it out cuz ur avi is male. But buy the items for me and i'll show you! *ha haaaaa!*
