I draw from imagination most of the time. If it comes out weird, I'll research for references to fix it. Usually I like to add more things than I imagined after sketching.

Well, I'm a still life artist. So I have to look at an object to draw it. But sometimes, when I just want to draw something, I use my mind's eyes and draw.

When I draw I work from in to out. e.g. eyes, nose, mouth, face...etc. I never plan out what I'm drawing =) I just go with the flow.

I rush off the draw when inspiration strikes pirate After 2hrs its still funky looking so I spend then next hour searching through references. Here's to not learning from experience crying crying

usually my drawings are stuff i just think of off the top of my head.. there good but they useually dont make much sence sweatdrop
