"It starts with a B?" Al-Hattal mulled over that information for several moments, but could come up with little. "There is the Bahari'mtoto," he said, pointing in the general direction the sea pride lay in - near to where he'd met Taalis. "It lies by the sea, if that sounds familiar."

"Bahari...? No, I don't know if I've heard of it... but I've never seen the sea before. I haven't seen much water at all, save what's in the watering holes and rivers around here. Maybe I'll wander that way, to check it out..." she tilted her head.
She didn't know if she liked water yet. There was a lot she didn't know. About everything.
"I guess that's my new path! Thanks! Again. I guess I shouldn't keep you any longer. Even though neither of us were doing anything. Now I have an itching in my feet and I'm pretty sure it's metaphorical, like I want to walk, and not just... because my feet are caked in dirt."
She smiled at him, genuinely and without the previous air of irritation and bitterness. She was in a much better mood now.
"I hope we meet again, and if we do, I'll let you know if I found that home I'm looking for."

"It's quite a sight," he told her, "And well worth seeing at least once in your life. It can be dangerous to swim in, but it's beautiful to see."
When she made to depart, he nodded. "Best watch those feet," he advised. "That itch can be a hard one to get rid of."
"Good luck, Rahani."

She moved to turn and leave, then stopped. He had been so nice to her, and she was feeling so content now, she felt like she needed to at least say goodbye properly. Of course, the only way she knew how to do that was how she had departed from her family.
So, with a deep breath, she bounded up to him and nuzzling his mane and shoulder, since that's what she could reach, before bounding off in more of a hurry than she had intended.
"Bye!" She called back, into the air, "and thank you again!"
