Dear friend who introduced Gaia to me,
Why did you leave me so suddenly?
I stopped playing on Gaia because I couldn't socialize with you when you went on hiatus.
I just realized how amazing this guild is,
and how much tighter I would be with the guild members here,
if I just continued without you..

Even though you're an attention-whoring, whiny emo d**k who didn't know how to treat me,
I'm not mad at you.
Not anymore.
I'm also not upset that I had to let you go.
The time for that has passed.
I just hope you see the error of your ways and change for the better.
That's something I really wish will happen.
For the last few days, I've been thinking that maybe I was supposed to let you go so you could find yourself and come back to me.
I don't think that will happen, though, but I was probably the best thing that happened to you.
I don't say that because I'm full of myself, I say that because i treated you better than all your other friends.
I actually listened to you.
I actually got upset when you told me you cut. I asked you to stop. You did.
Or so you told me.
And what did you do to me?
Brushed me off, refused to touch me, ditched me for your other friends, for 'better' friends, for friends that allowed you to have your facade.
And it's so sad that you want to throw that all away in favor of something that isn't as real.
It's so sad that you'd rather be someone you're not than be with me.
I'm not angry or sad that I have to let you go.
I'm sad that you feel like you have to be fake.
I want only the best for you, and I hope you realize what I've been trying to teach you someday.
I don't love you anymore, but I really hope that your life improves and that you stop feeling sorry for yourself.
