I think we should give them sometime to decide if they want to be in the guild.
I just left a profile comment for gotham.
Here is what I said:
"I was just wondering if you just don't have time for the NHG or do you not want to be in it anymore.
We have all been working very hard on improving it & would like you to be active again. "

master said until the 15th. I hate that things can't be worked out but we are making the effort and if others don't it's time for them to get demoted. They have 8 days from now and if they did 3 posts a day that would be 24 posts. Add it to the ones they have they would have the right number to be crew under the new rules. What more can we do. It's not like it takes much work to post once a week. That was all that was asked and they haven't even posted once it 2 weeks.

All this is crazy all Gotham had to do was just post. That's all I wanted is for crew to be active. I'm starting to think it's like the banning game. Let us see how many times we can be banned Or how many guilds we can join with out posting.

I am not going to vote yet.
I want to give them time to make amends or repeal the decision.
I am hoping for the best from both of them.
The guild has finally improved & is growing. I would hate to see something bad happen like demoting people.
Please everyone let's calm down & give them some time to think things over. I hope that gotham just made a rash & ill thought out decision.

I might be able to talk to Waaaghboss82 in person, or at least get Green Smurf to do it, because I know both of them in the real world. I'll see what he says, if I see him. If not... then I say demote. He doesn't seem as interested in it as the rest of the crew.

After then they will have to follow the posting rules for advancement. I don't like it but Chess has a point about the rest of us working and the others not doing anything worth while in the guild. Because of this others will have to be put under the same provisions. What is happening in the real will be taken into account but we need to be informed when some one isn't going to be online for awhile. Your Vacation thread was a good idea. That's the kind of notice we need.

24 have not posted at all. Most of the dark elves haven't posted so the Dark Elf race place which is oldest has had no members show.
