Oh its easy :]
Just take a picture with a white backround or else you have to go in and erase every backround pixle ;~;
Strech the page on paint make sure the picture was resized to be smaller and move it to the other side of the screen then click on one of the shape tools and pick a size for the outline and the color you can then either reposition the picture in the area you are making the shape go or wait till you get the shape just right then move the picture back and fix it up :]
....Im to lazy to re-read that...so if it makes no sense...idk
