Accalon watched his father getting pushed into the river.Calon rushed tp grab his mane and missed it.His father went crashing down onto the rocks.Calon yelled for help." Help!!!Someone please help my daddy!!"Calon rushed down the rocks and jumped into the water after his father.He pushed his dads head to keep it out of the water,laying it on the land."I'm sorry daddy..I didn't mean to make this happen..."

Akuba quivered slightly and sighed,"It's okay, I'll be fine, I promise you. It was the river that swept me away, it can be very dangerous. His breathing became irregular as he struggled to breathe, he struggled with his eyes to keep them awake, but he smiled to his son,"listen, okay? Leave me here, go back to the teepee with your mother and the others, I'll be fine."
Akuba refused to see his colt see him cry so he kept his tears of pain in, he began to bleed slightly, but he just laughed, and smiled.
Trying to move getting up slowly but collapsing again, but he just masked his pain with a cheerful laugh and smile.
"whoa, seems I'm a bit wobbly",Akuba joked trying hard to breathe.

Niele was close by and noticed her son and Akuba.She see red covering a couple spots in the water.Niele took off towards Akuba and was rushing as fast as she could."Akuba!"She got to him and nuzzled him lightly."What happened?Are you okay?Please tell me your okay.."Tears followed her mane down her face.Looking to her son she became angry."Who did this to you Akuba.."
"I wont leave..I did this I did this!!"His mind started to pick with him.When seeing his mothers angry look his heart stopped.He couldn't dare be near them anymore."Goodbye..."He said and took off running.Calon would leave...Forever.Maybe never come back again.

"No-one did it to me", Akuba chuckled,"Niele your son is a hero. He saved me",and now Calon had run off,"But he also, tried to kill himself before I saved him, leading to my injuries. I-I just couldn't get out of the river in time."
Akuba fought to keep awake,"go after our son Niele."
Blood started to seep all over his body now, his breathing became shallow and irregular. His leg twitched and he stopped breathing, a tear ran down his cheek.

Niele shook her head.She kept noseing him in the cheek."No..Akuba please stay awake.I need you here!"Niele kept noseing him in the cheek.She wouldn't let him die."Akuba please."Niele's tears were swallowed by the rain drops that soon came down upon them.Niele watched her son run off into the forrest.
Calon ran as fast as he could.He hurt his father..He was dieing."You hurt him!You hurt him!"He started screaming to himself as he pushed himself towards rocks to hurt himself.Hurting his father right off the bat of him living was killing him.

Akuba started to breathe again as the rain fell on him, he coughed heartily, and opened his eyes again, trying to get up, but his left front leg was broken and he couldn't put pressure on it, wearily he limped shivering,he opened his mouth, and it was just full of blood dripping down the sides of his mouth,"go and get him, please",he pleaded,"Who knows what could happen to him. His life has only just begun, how can be be suicidal now?"
'What did I do to deserve this?'

"Akuba..You have to let it go...My and Keii were out to find you guys anyways.Hopefully Keii will run into him.He just doesn't understand the world yet.From what you don't know..."She stoped and nuzzled him lightly with his blood getting all over her."I used to be the same way,I was unsure.I had noone there to tell me everything was alright."
Calon was laying on his side in the rain on the other side of the forrest.He was tired,upset.Angered at himself,fighting with his mind.His mind was telling him one thing and his heart was telling another.

Akuba limped slowly,and groaned,"okay lets go home. Hopefully Keii does find him. My teepee or yours?"
He didn't mind, he was just worried for his son.
Keii had alot on her mind and was in deep thought when she saw Accalon she was concerned to as why a new born foal was alone," Hey honey, what's up?"
Her babies kicked her and she winced,"oh a kick",she laughed, moving closer. She nuzzled him and lay beside him,"would you like to tell me what's on your mid? If you stay out here you might get pneumonia."

"My teepee...Just please don't worry about it right now.Just owrry about it when you get better."Niele nuzzled him and kept beside him.She was worried about both Akuba and Accalon."I hope he's alright..."
Calon jumped up at noticed Keii."Keii..."He thought it was another kalona or something.He looked away and his ears drooped."I almost killed daddy..."The rain covered his tears.He did almost kill his father."I fell into the river..He got me out and the current was too strong..."Calon shook his head."Who cares about how bad i get sick...I hurt my father..."

Akuba limped and hoped beside Niele finally reaching her teepee, he dropped to the ground again passing out, with a loud thud, the rain washed away some of the blood but his pelt seemed to be stained with it.
Keii looked at him flopping her big ears back sadly,"Your dad is a tough guy. It doesn't matter, it was an accident. The river swept him away.I'm sure he won't get mad at you. All you need is a bit of TLC and someone to talk to. I was like you once."
Keii stopped talking and sneezed, pointlessly shaking the water of of her mane,"Will you talk to me? Your mummy will look after him, at least he's not dead."
She knew she wasn't good at comforting him, but she tried hard, her ribs ached.

Niele laid beside him and ran her muzzled down his neck and back.She quietly laid with him.
"But i hurt him.Because of my stupidity.I don't understand why something is telling me to hurt people!"He started to get upset."I just...Don't understand!"Calon shook horribly."It's my fault..."

Keii was slightly alarmed,"what's telling you to do these things",she asked softly and caring. It was just them alone, a colt and a pregnant female. He could have run off by now, be he hadn't.
"Is it a little voice in your head, are you telling yourself to do these things?"
The cold rain fell on her hot body, she shifted a bit, into a more comfortable position.

Accalon looked at her and sighed.He didn't want to tell her.But...She was the only one who would listen to him beside Charlotte."My head plays games with me.Plays tricks.I see daddy by the river drinking,and my mind mixes it as if daddy is falling into the river,So i ran to try to help him.I didn't mean to hurt him."

Keii took a deep breath, then exhaled and looked at him, nodding with a solemn face,"so you see things. Well if your father falls into the river, get help, if you jump it, you could be the one in danger, he might get out and you'd be left in their being swept along, and that can lead to almost certain death for young foals."
She shook her head, and looked at him again, he had his daddies eyes,"just tell him that. He's a forgiving person. You're only a newly born colt, how could he not forgive his only son?"

Calon looked to the ground in shame."Its just how i see.I can't change it.My mind plays with me.It talks to me.Its a different voice inside my head."He sighed some playing in the dirt with his tiny hoof.
