In the past it's worked well to let people vote for 2-3 entries from each catagory. The number kinda depends on how many entries there are.

I wasn't sure where to put where I got the gadgets, so I put it under what they do :3
Superhero/Supervillain name: Kumoki
So, are you a villain or hero?: I'm a hero! Though most people call me a rookie...
Got any powers or special abilities?: When I open my parasol, I can fly, control the wind, and my right eye I can have x-ray vision or watch people's dreams.
What about gadgets? What do they do?: My parasol gives me all of my powers. When I open it, its cloth wraps around me in a weightless dress to hide my real clothes. When I first opened it, it jabbed my right eye, so I guess that explains why it's special now. My mask is just so no one knows who I am, hehe! I actually bought the parasol from a museum's gift shop in a different country. They said later there will be the grand opening for finding what is supposed to be a goddess's parasol (Kumoki's, so that's what my hero name is after), and the nice cashier at the giftshop gave me this fake one early! (I think he thought I looked cute; he was about my age...) It's so pretty, don't you think?
Describe your costume and if anything on it symbolizes anything: I wear mostly white and sky blue to represent goodness, and wind. All of the elegant whisps of wind and how I can fly represents beauty in woman's rights, and how I can beat you up is to show that we're not all flowers and cupcakes, that we can fight too, and be serious in what we do. (hey, that rhymed! Hehe :3)
Have a day job? What is it?: I'm actually in Highschool...
How old are ya'?: 16 (Which is why they call me rookie.)
Got a catch-phrase or a quote you use?: "Oh, brother." "I am the breeze you feel on your face!" (<--If they ask "who's there".) "Seriously??"

What about gadgets? What do they do?: My gadgets and my weapons, they cut, hack, slash, and bash.
Describe your costume and if anything on it symbolizes anything: My costume is made of parts and pieces of enemies I have slain.

So, are you a villain or hero?: Villain
Got any powers or special abilities?: She has the ability to turn people's sweet dreams into an unforgettable nightmare when she plays her melody of sadness on her guitar at midnight. These nightmares would haunt the dreamer for the rest of their lives.
What about gadgets? What do they do?: The guitar she carries is used to produce her sad melody, which ruins people's dreams and turns them into nightmares. The Scottie beside her [named Pi] helps detect people who contains sweet dreams. The crow on her head [named Mo] assists and protects her when someone tries to interfere during the playing of the melody of sadness.
Describe your costume and if anything on it symbolizes anything: The color purple on her costume represents the gloominess, sadness, and frustration that she experienced ever since she was a child, which resulted in her becoming a villain. The color black represents evil and the bad luck that she brings to people around her. Her costume can blend into the dark night, so people wouldn't be able to see her clearly. This also shows that she is a mysterious person.
Have a day job? What is it?: She is a high school student, and has a part time job at the local bookstore.
How old are ya'?: 17
Got a catch-phrase or a quote you use?: "Sweet dreams will never turn into reality."
