Pravashi Amy the Space Kadet I read the comics and there was only ONE Arcee, then she got to earth and there were THREE of them and they were like "Arcee twins, go!" WTF? They killed Elita-1 in the comics too 3; The people who make this continuity are determined to make the transformers gay by killing all their women. Oh lord, the difference punctuation makes. Thanks SO much for clearing that up.

Given that they always refered to all three bikes as Arcee it make sense. Like I said there also that unused thing attached to Cromia's kickstand. Incorrect. The novel mentions nothing of the combining, but yet does NOT discount the fact that Arcee could be made up of the Arcee (the pink one) Elita, and Chromia. Just as devastator is not made up of five bots named "Devastator" I don't understand why then, that if indeed Arcee would be a Constructicon, each individual part would not have different names.

It's confusing because fans like us have many Arcees in our heads lol.
We have G1 Arcee who becomes a Headmaster. Then we have TF1 2007 movie Arcee toy. Arcee in TF2 2009 and then we have the toy for that. Hasbro is making money from the figures so gives them all new names (recycled names because they can) and fans like us are left with confusion.
So there's 3 lines with different agendas. Hasbro making money and will use any names possible to tac onto the toys. Bay trying to keep his story make sense and not put in combiners but with a silent hint that Arcee is a combiner. Finally G1 of ancient history.
I say we all hate Bay and Hasbro for messing Arcee up mrgreen lol.

The good stuff was placed in new packaging - new box but same toy. Only the garbage was recycled with a "new" look etc. The story was he never confirmed there was going to be 2. When he did the first he mentioned he wanted to see how the box office was before 2. Of course it was great so he made the 2nd one. I didn't hear him say he was contracted to do 2 movies from the get go and that even if the first one didn't fly he was still needing to do the 2nd. That would suck if the first movie didn't turn out.

For the most part the Comics and the Movies have connected very nicely. Starscream's markings, Bumblebee losing his voice, and what happened to Barricade are explained nicely and they make sense.
Arcee seems to be the only place we have an issue.
Have her be three robots that combine? Really? That is just stupid.
I would have liked it better if Arcee had two sisters and they were all seperate cuz that would make here appearences in the comics make SO much more sense.

I just wonder where all these girls came in. There really haven't been a lot of femal transformers and they just suddenly threw in four in this movie, and to hell with names and back stories! I agree, the comics have been really helpful! But y'know what? Bumblebee can still talk in the game, and I HATE his voice. I like him so much better when he has to use his radio! Noxious Weed: it's very "ho snap!" It was super sad! Although, Reign of Starscream was one of my fave movie comics. Even though I normally hate Starscream.

Amy the Space Kadet Noxious Weed: it's very "ho snap!" It was super sad! Although, Reign of Starscream was one of my fave movie comics. Even though I normally hate Starscream. ; 3 ; I don't like sad. Yeah, I've been slowly reading Defiance at the bookstore, I'm thinking about buying it as it's been very good so far. (I hate Starscream too the whiny b*****d) But I'm not too sure how it will go as I really appreciate all of Alan Dean Foster's Transformer prequels and have less like of the comicscapes.
