You can find dubbed Tsubasa DVD's here: HERE!!! I orded the first one myself and got it in four days! Each disk contains 8 episodes with english and chinese subtitles. (Only $9.95 + shipping and handling) I highly recommend this website, I've ordered TONS of stuff from them and I've never had any problems at all. darn it all, my parents wont approve of internet buying-ish thingys.

I believe there are places that sell it in the US, but they are VERY rare, as they have to be imported. I don't know of any places that sell it, but I know they're out there somewhere. Double posting on myself again, but technically this is MY thread, and this is HOT GOSSIP!!
Posted about 16 hours ago on the forums at tsubasachronicle.net, Funimation is reportedly messaging all the fansub groups telling them to withdraw tsubasa chronicle and another anime. This means that, though it hasn't been announced... Tsubasa is in theory... LISCENSED. If this is true... IT'S THE END OF THE F****NG WORLD!! FUNIMATION IS THE APOCALYPSE!! GET YOUR SUBS NOW.
Personally, I don't see why funimation wold have interest in something that isn't a shoujo, but hell, it has Sakura in it so why not.... stare *steam coming from Mokona's ears, sitting in corner, wearing black mourning clothes, eating pound of chocolate*

I checked Animesuki (provided the anime subbed) and on the first page, in red font, FUNIMATION HAS TAKEN THE ANIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE APOCALYPSE HAS COME AND IT'S TAKEN BOTH MY TSUBASA AND MAHOU SENSEI NEGIMA!!!!! Anime News Network has also mentioned it. *cries outloud, flooding the room and stopping Kurogane from attacking*

edit: it seems for some reason Tsubasa hasn't been "confirmed" yet but if Funimation being the "not going to say because I have some shread of dignity" they are, it will be confirmed soon so get it over with and provide us with good dubbed voices or a subbed version.
