I think this member is a great guy but I personally decline the idea of him becoming a captain at the moment. I think he has improved GREATLY since he first joined Coral Star but I still see things that worry me. For now my choice is no, even on a temporary spot.

Please don't get me wrong, I am in no way putting him down, I think he has great potential. But the 'Things' I am talking about is the way he presents himself. It's just my personal feelings, I'm not sure if he is ready to be a captain, of course just because I decline doesn't mean that it wont go through, it's just a gut feeling and more then half of the time gut feelings are correct.

I couldn't give a very clear judgment on this member because I wasn't around very long in Coral star to be interacting with him. Who was his previous captain before squad ten?

Ah, I see. Well I'm not that good at analyzing people so I can't really comment on that part about him.
But either way I still think we should give him a chance. This is of course my opinion, I don't know if the rest of the crew will agree.
And I believe his former squad was Squad 2 or 3.

Actually, he was once under my squad before he became the lieutenant of the tenth division. XD
I, same as Psioxy, decline. I don't think he's ready yet. It's true that he has improved greatly ever since he first joined my squad but his literacy still needs a lot of work, from my opinion at least. He also asked me to recommend him but I knew Peebles would do it so I just waited for him. Also, wasn't his application void a few days ago because of his shikai abilities?

I checked, he still has yet to change his profile in Squad 10 and in the Main Forum.

Perhaps he hasn't had time yet?
What about Lil Tsume and the others? I believe Tsume and an arrancar user had some profile issues as well. I forgot the name of the arrancar user, sorry.
