"I know enough to know that we are all damned... I have seen things you could not imagine. And I have lost so much, and I have had so much longer than many of our kind to consider the things that I have done, and I only exist today because I have learned to accept myself for what I am" And he glances at the little girl by his side, who was looking between the two with barely concealed fear and more than a little awe. "I am a monster." He tells the other vampire, and takes Anne Marie's hand, leading her out of the room.

Cady turns around as he walks out, and with a smile he says, I know, but accepting your loss is the first step to redemption, which you seem to crave. Be what you are and you will not feel as if you are a demon anymore, but you will know it and you will like it. He speaks, directly into her mind, as he was out of the room by now.

Fall decided to walk into the little chapel, "Lord... am I truly forsaken?" she whispered. She had long since given up on the thought of there being a God, but yet it was one of the only human things about her she could hold on to. She walked past the back pews and stopped in the middle of the isle, looking up at the altar... flashbacks of her family, and her past came quickly, she shook her head getting a hold of herself and tried to reason with herself, they were gone now, she was a vampire... everything was gone. New York had changed too, now with great Skyscrapers everywhere you turn... she remembered when in the old days things were not this way. She sat down in the second pew and kneeled clasping her hands in prayer like her father had taught her to. "Our father who art in heaven hallow be thy name, till kingdom come thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven, give me my daily bread and forgive me of my trespasses as I forgive those who trespass against me, and lead me not into temptation, but deliver me from evil. For yours is the power and glory forever and ever.... amen" she said sitting there. She broke down, knowing no one was in the chapel allowed her the let the blood tears fall. She cried like she should have, like she never has before.

Davishna stepped into the chapel, her hands clenched tightly together next her her heart. 'This is where I need to be.' She walked up to sit on one of the many pillows, pulling a cross from her pocket she began to pray. 'I recieved a letter this morning. A coven seeking me out. I know not what to do.' She opened her eyes and looked up. 'I need help to get myself through this. May your divine self help me on my way.' She stood, still staring longingly at the ceiling. 'Please let me find her and not be to late to save her.' She began to leave the chapel and looked back at the cross. "I have not given up on you so please don't give up on me." She sighed and left.

Kelina silently walks in, and bows reverently. She sees the pile of bibles, and once being a student of the Scriptures, opens up to the book of Zephaniah, chapter one, verses 2 through 6. She leaves this page open, and snickers at the passage, which reads:

"I will sweep away everything in all your land," says the LORD. "I will sweep away both people and animals alike. Even the birds of the air and the fish in the sea will die. I will reduce the wicked to heaps of rubble, along with the rest of humanity," says the LORD. "I will crush Judah and Jerusalem with my fist and destroy every last trace of their Baal worship. I will put an end to all the idolatrous priests, so that even the memory of them will disappear. For they go up to their roofs and bow to the sun, moon, and stars. They claim to follow the LORD, but then they worship Molech, too. So now I will destroy them! And I will destroy those who used to worship me but now no longer do. They no longer ask for the LORD's guidance or seek my blessings."

Kelina then takes a seat in a pew, and looks around.

Isabelle walks into the chapel gracefully, her head lolling to the side in a possessed distraction. As she sits in one pew, she stares intensely at the Holy Mother, her head bent in much the same way as her own, her blue cloak, her hands together in prayer. She sees a man and what may be a novice vampire arguing quietly until he finally leaves. Isabelle follows him with her eyes until he is gone, then turns back to staring at the crucified body of Christ. A sudden thought comes into her head.
What were Jesus' thoughts when those rusty nails were being drilled into the palms of his hands? When his feet were pinned together? When his blood was spilling onto the dirt beneath him? Suffering must have been one of the first, then the pain shooting through him, then why in God's name did he volunteer to die for these people's sins.
"Silly Christians." Isabelle murmurs under breath in a musical, half Italian accented voice; the people who created that story were either straight up truthful or extremely deranged. This visit was pointless, and she knows it. Isabelle stands and strides out the large, decorated archway.

Isabelle rushes into the Chapel, tears falling onto the ancient stones. The last time she was here, she had been a dangerous weapon. Every part of her. Then her heart had to go and betray her like this. And now the one she loves is suffering because just being with her has put Lance in immense danger. She hoped he wouldn't follow her. He would find another, they always did. The pain of an image of Lance with another vampire makes Isabelle's dead heart break again.
"God help me." Isabelle whispers with her Italian accented voice, rushing to behind the statues and into the long forgotten confession booth. There, it is safe for the girl to let out her tears, staining the once fine mahogany wood beneath her. Tucking her knee under chin, she sobs.

Lance silently erupted from the shadows of the chapel corner the pain still there but as for himself...He could careless for the pain and only wished for Isabelle. He walked up and sat beside her."You know...I don't usually come here...but when I do I usually get into long conversations with this god guy.."Lance said trying to keep a straight face.

Isabelle erupted into shouts "NO! You can't be here! I won't be at fault for getting you killed! I won't let myself---"
Isabelle storms from the booth and begins to leave, her gown flowing majestically behind her.

Lance melted into his own shadows his shadow raced until it was infront of her.Lance bursting out as he stood infront of her now."Listen can't we talk about this?"

((you're such a dork!!!! ><))

Isabelle refused to feel his hands on her arms and made a half-hearted struggle to get away. Sinking back in her chest, she felt so vulnerable. And it made her angry.
"Lance, no. I'm sorry! The other day was... the best night of my life. But I will NOT put your life in danger. Ever. I just care for----"
Isabelle cut off short. He could never know. He could never know her true feelings for him. She would make sure of that. She began her fluid movement into the shadows, where he would lose her until he found her again, and was rejoicing, but then that little smidge of a heart had to go and feel a pang of hope that he might stop her. Though small and short and immediately brushed aside, it left a mark.
