Yes Li, I am. smile I find that that is the best way to keep order here. Eventually, the fine stacks up, and pretty quickly at that. If they can't pay, it means they really messed up. And then they get cut for good.

Nice rules--very fair IMHO. (Yes, I do occasionally use net abbreviations, but I try to do so sparingly. No, I don't "speek l33t" except when telling folks that I don't--those who are truly elite do not boast of it; those who boast of being elite are not.)
Needless to say, I'll do my best not to break them. (Bend them a bit now and again, maybe, but never deliberately break them, nyao! I may be a naughty kitty, but I'm a good naughty kitty!)

I disagree with part of the rules, I feel it should be enough to be either banned and or reported if you break the rules, not fined. It just doesn't strike me as very effective.
That being said I will follow the rules anyway since I was able to speak my piece.
