A troll.
It's a name for a person on the internet who deliberately causes arguments, pisses people off for their own amusement.
There's a site called Encyclopaedia Dramatica, look it up on there. However, remember that 90% of everything on that site is either exaggerated or a lie... take things with a 'pinch of salt', so to speak.
