Gaara is an uke because we all know him as the evil Gaara...but, Gaara has an hidden side in him..of course he's not completly innocent cause he's already killed people at his young age, but Gaara lacks knowledge in human approaching, I bet he's almost never ever been touched, not in a pervert way, but in any way... so I think he's really innocent and vulnerable when it comes to sexuality...also, since I've watched Level C anime... I heard how he would scream.. (watch level c, nice yaoi anime with Akira Ishida's voice for Mizuki, the ultimate uke..lol) Now you could hear Gaara'S moan if you watched that serie!! heart 4laugh heart ps (he's also short and delicate..and god doesn't he looks good in a uke pose?)

Hmm... this is a delicate question because it depends on who he's paired up with. Because of already stated reasons of him being emotionally handicapped/sexually inexperienced he'd be uke, at least the first few times 3nodding

xd most definallty the first few time and maybe longer depeneding on who he's with. anyone his age and it's uke for the first few then he'll pull a seme. now it it was someone like kakashi with our gaara he's uke for life! xd

Another reason why Gaara is a uke is... hes small physically, and probably doesn't have much physical strength either... so it would be hard for him to dominate most of the guys in Naruto...
