I'll look for something happier.
Every single radio station has michael jackson on it.
EDIT: I checked. Happy news stories are lame.
Here's something interesting though, twins can be born with two different fathers if the egg is fertilized within 24 hours of eachother.

All music channels here is sending MJ, 24/7 as well as the radios too.
The world is unfair.
But one good thing: Summer vacation!!
And to ruin it all again; two of the girls in our class isn't there next year. One of them I've know since kindergarden, and we were all standing, crying our eyes out..

It's my understanding that Japan is getting sick of being limited by old U.S. policies and is becoming increasingly closed off to the world.
I don't have too much info, but this what I've read on the net:
- Recently immigrant workers were exiled from the country.
- Apparently "eroge" (fetish pornography) was also banned due to foreign pressure. Now that it's banned the government is shutting out foreign opinion--at least regarding this issue.
- A U.S. Naval ship docked in Nagasaki against the local government's wishes. This started a protest, but the ship was there legally according to old policies created during WWII.
- Japan is talking about bulking up their very limited military force in order to counteract the growing threat from North Korea.
I just hope this doesn't increase in severity and 1) start another war and 2) make it impossible to visit Japan.
