((I'm gonna have Yoru greet the human entourage)) The young-looking captain of the guard wore light protection from the sun, though it seemed not to affect him in the least. He bent the light and shadows around him to keep the harmful light away.
This gave him an un-natural glow. He had gone out to scout for signs of the approaching humans, as he'd been ordered by her majesty to escort them to the castle, as well as provide them protection from any who disapproved of the marriage between the vampire prince and human princess.
He sighed, not really seeing any reason to broker a peace with the humans the vampires fed on. To him it was rediculous, but his queen gave him the orders, and he would obey them. The noble house of Igni Ferna was known far and wide for their loyalty to the royal family, and for their superior battle skills.
His being there would likely be more than enough to ensure the human princess's safety. He rode fast on his horse, making it to the fair-sized border vilage much faster than any human could. This was where he was to meet the humans.
'They should be arriving any day now.' He thought, yawning because he was usually asleep in the day time. He dismounted and walked his horse to a shop on the main road. He tethered his horse outside and stepped in. His horse had the royal insignia decorating the saddle-blanket.
It was enough for the patrons of the little shop to give him great respect(those that saw immediately, the rest following afterwards). He was also dressed in the regular uniform of the royal guard, with his captain-rank clearly shown, though few in the town would recognize it for what it was.
To most, it would merely look impressive. He was at a shop on the main road, so the humans would be able to locate him easily once they arrived in town. ((there.. and you can have them meet in the border-village))

((Sure. Sounds good!))
Kara sighed and interrupted their conversation when she saw the town in the distance when they got to the top of the hill they had been climbing. "What is that?" she asked curiously. "Is that a town, Baey?"
"Yes, milady. It seems we have finally gotten to the first border town. We need to be extremely careful around this town," Baey replied quietly. "Guard, close in," he called and the other guards drew tighter around their princess. "Don't worry about it, though, Kara. You'll be plenty safe with us. And besides, you'll get to see your first, real-life vampire." He laughed as cheerfully as he could.
"Watch your step, your highness," one of the guards said with alarm when she tripped on the hem of her dark, green dress.
Kara only smiled at him reassuringly and pulled her hood up more.

((yosh.. i can easily come up with a reply to that!)) Though inside, with all the noise you'd expect from a busy little shop such as this, Yoru could hear and smell the arriving princess and her troupe of guards. Not all were human, either, as he could smell nymph blood amongst all the humans.
The captain of the royal guard stood, having sat down without ordering any food yet, and left again, looking to the road which led to the human's kingdom of Tair. He mounted up and started towards the small group which had just appeared over a hill.
"Halt! State your names and reason for entering Miurann." He ordered, though he knew very well who they were. It was a formality for him and the guard to ask for a reason why anyone travels to the kingdom. He'd stopped his horse in front of them, after they'd gotten closer to the town.

((Are you being sarcstic? If not...then good! If so...then I apologize...))
Kara was forced to stop by her guards when the stranger came. Baey took her right arm and frowned at the man on the horse that came riding up to them with shining armor and an odd glow to him. "Vampire," he whispered in her ear. But Kara stepped fowards anyways.
"My name is Kara Leinn. I am the princess of Tair. We are on our way to the castle of the prince," Kara said boldly and confidently. If this was a vampire, then she wanted to make a good impression for her father and mother's sake.
Baey wanted to hit himself for her foolishness. If this man was an attacker, she had just bared her rank carelessly.

((where are you wondering if i was sarcastic??)) He dismounted and strode forwards, arms held upwards and away from his body to show he bore them no ill-will.
"Well met, princess. I am Yoru Igni Ferna, here to escort you and your kind to the castle. While you are in my care, I swear that none of my kind will dare attack you. I shall see you safely to the castle."
He could have laughed at the expression of the guard who stood near the princess before she'd walked forwards. It looked like he wanted to smack his forehead at her foolishness in stating so quickly her name and rank to a stranger.
He didn't show expression, except in his eyes. they twinkled with his amusement at the guards reaction. He strode forwards again, bowing quickly to the human princess. It was a minor injury to his vampire pride, bowing to a human, but as she was to be married to his prince, supposedly(if all went well between the young, soon-to-be couple), it was not too great a dent to his pride.
"Do you wish to rest and eat, or shall we get you all horses to speed to the castle? You're choice, Mi'lady." He said, speaking with somewhat rigid formality.

((I was just confused. >.<))
Kara smiled triumphantly. "How nice to meet you, sir," she told the vampire. "And I appreciate your generosity, Yoru Igni Ferna."
Baey sighed and released her arm.
"I'm not hungry or tired as of yet," the princess odded.
Baey saw amusment in the vampire's eyes. He wasn't sure about the vampire, but he had no choice but to allow some sliver of trust to the creature. "If you are able to locate some horses for our group, we would appreciate it," he explained. "If we would be able to quicken our journey, it may assure her more safety. I believe that you can swear such a thing, but there are other types of creatures that would wish her harm," Baey commented coolly and calmly.
Kara gave him a sharp, warning look but she held no malice for longer than a short instant. "I would prefer making our way to the castle now with horses if it is possible," she admitted.

{[Wow, i missed alot lol. Uhhh... I'm just going to post something any way lol. ]} Standing up, Lilith made her cat ears disappear and walked around the shaded garden area. She was a little annoyed, she wanted to join the guards on their mission to meet the human princess, but her request was denied. 'Oh well, i'll just help the cooks make a fancy feast...' She thought, shrugging. Deciding to wander through the small gravel path, she followed a tiny stream flowing through the willows, tiny pink cherry blossom petals floating in the water. It was a beautiful shaded glade, and even though her thoughts of humans were quite low, she wouldn't mind taking the human princess around the grounds. After all, she was commissioned to. Lilith began to hum as she walked, wondering if anyone else was out and about.

Frida looked up at the vampire warily. It was clear in her expression that she didn't trust them, nor did she approve of this arranged marriage, but the princess seemed to accept her fate, so Frida kept quiet. She glanced over at Baey, he seemed to share her opinion.
The wind kicked up again, it was different here in Miurann, cold, as if it knew who they were and decided they weren't welcome. Back home the wind was inviting, it tickled her skin and provided extra strength and speed when she threw her chakrams. It'd be much harder to control these currents, she figured, so she wrapped them in stiff cloth and carefully secured them to the leather strap slung across her shoulder. If the need arose she would use her sword instead. Hopefully that wouldn't be the case.

((Sure. And sorry guys, if we left you in the dust! Just post whatever when you get the chance! ^-^))
Kara smiled reassuringly at Baey and then she smiled at Frida as well. She knew that neither of them approved of this, but she had no choice. Kara had to do this for her father. It was the only way that she was able to help out her country and her family. And so she had to do it. She had to give herself up for the good of her people and for the wellness of her father.
So, she wiped the dismay that had appeared on her face away and put on the bravest smile she could manage for her friends and the vampire as well. Even he needed to see that she was stronger than most human females.

Tsuzuki wondered the halls of the castle, in search of his master, Prince Jerome. Tsuzuki had been sleeping, and when he awoke, he had no idea where he had gone. Tsuzuki stopped and smelt the air, searching for his scent. Tsuzuki soon caught it, leading outside. Tsuzuki looked through a nearby window, and saw the Prince sitting under a tree. Tsuzuki let out a sigh of relief. He always worried he would fail at protecting him. He would give his life for the prince; even though the prince was capable of taking care of himself.
Tsuzuki then calmly walked outside, his bright white hair, glowing in the filtered light, and his ivory skin smooth and soft. He slowly made his way to the prince, walking towards him in a "stroll-like" manner, taking in the beauty of the outdoors. As he arrived at the Prince's side he said softly to him, "Would you like anything to eat or drink, Prince Jerome? Or, do you need anything at all sir?"Margarette walked peacefully through the halls of her castle, it was gorgeous, yet, so lonely. She was almost anxious for the arrival of the princess. Her son would be wed to the girl. She was almost excited, though she knew her son was not. Though, she didn't really care, he was going to marry the princess whether he wanted to or not. She had plans that could only happen with this marriage, and she wasn't going to let her son ruin her plans because he didn't like the girl.

Lilith wasn't exactly watching where she was walking, and her feet led her back to where she started. Sighing, she walked in the opposite direction, to another shaded glade closer to the front of the castle. She stopped when she heard voices. Blinking, she took a few quiet steps forward and saw the prince and his guard. A gentle breeze fluttered her simple black dress and day cloak, and she was sure that the werewolf guard would catch her scent soon. Deciding to slowly move, Lilith didn't want to seem like she was staring at the two, even though the prince and his guard were quite handsome. She walked off to the side more, not sure whether to walk past and give a greeting, or just keep walking.

He smiled, seeming interested for the first time since approaching the group.
"As you wish, I shall go have horses prepared." He bowed and led his horse back to town, surrounded by his dancing shadows and light which shielded him from the worst parts of the sunlight.
He tensed, shortly after turing around as he caught an unmistakable scent in the wind; Vampire rebels who violently opposed the marriage of the Vampire prince and a human(even if she is royalty as well).
"Find cover, Now!" The young captain of the guard drew the sword that seemed to appear in thin air from a sheathe strapped to his back. He had barely managed to finish his warning before they rose up and came towards the princess. They all seemed weakened by the sunlight, but not completely stopped.
He left his horse where it stood, knowing it would stay put, and rushed towards the closest attacker. He'd cut the man down before anyone could react or even see him move. It would look like he'd teleported himself to that location, to the human eyes at least. Those of the Nymph or Avian race's might have good enough vision to see his movements.
He'd beaten many opponents by using this speed of his. Along with the power he got from training his body more than any of the other guard. He'd surprised many of his kind by becoming captain four years, or so, ago. ((yay, some trouble with NPC's that everyone can pulverize!))

Rodica nodded as the orders were given out to scan the area that the human princess and their Vampire Captain were soon to be traveling. She flashed a smile, her fangs poking out over her lips slightly and glinting in the low light. She turned and took off down the path, her long legs carrying her swiftly through the gates and down the shady dirt trail through the forest. She stopped mid way though, and stripped her clothes off so that they wouldn't tear when she morphed. She stashed them in a hole in the tree that she always put her clothes in. She was naked now, and took off running once more.
Rodica's deep honey eyes widened as she caught sight of the rebel vampires. They'd already began attacking the Vampire Captain and were starting to attack the humans and their company as well. A low growl rumbled in Rodica's chest, and she sped faster. A snarl escaped her lips, and as she ran her skin began to peel off and be replaced by fur. Her deep red hair nearly fell out and began to spread across her body. She ripped some skin from her arms and howled lightly, running even faster now that she was on four legs.
The werewolf girl lunged at one of the vampire rebel's backs, thankful they were weakened by the sunlight. A strong and healthy vampire and werewolf fight could take hours, and you could never quite guess who the victor would be. Usually a vampire unless the werewolf was skilled enough and had gone through enough training.
The vampire screamed and Rodica dug her sharp teeth into it's neck, ripping it out and dismembering the undead scum. Rodica turned her gaze to the Captain and she gave a slight nod. Her now bright green eyes landed on the human Princess and her guards and she ran at them. Her muscles flexed and she jumped over them to catch a vampire rebel in mid-air before it had reached the 'good guys'.

Jerome glanced up at Tsuzuki. His hair blinded the young prince for a few moments. "No. If I need something I will be sure to let you know at the exact moment.." Jerome paused for a moment. This would be the best time to make sure the princess was in harms way. Jerome allowed his thin lips to mold a smile onto his face. "Wait, as a matter of fact, I do have one request, and make sure my mother hears nothing of it. I don't need her to scream at me today. I want you to delay the princess. I want her to arrive maybe in two or three days, if you can." Jerome muttered, his eyes drifting back towards the ground.
His chocolate eyes shut as he pictured his distressed mother freaking out. Though she would most likely suspect her own son, but that didn't bother him any. All he could do was sit and wait and hope. Jerome inhaled once, before rising, and opening his parasol. He had spent enough time out in the dreaded sun.
