Where Babies Come FromIn thread RP, starts on page 2425 Kesmi Ashia: *Eyes Fel for a moment before nosing at her pockets looking for food. She had some strange cravings, and wasn't sure if one craving was natural.* Felmino *offers Ashia carrots and Pocky* Kesmi Ashia: *Sniffs at the pocky and carrots, but looks away, she was looking for something else.* kitsune_reflection Prabhat: *wanders in and notices Ashia* ... you've got rainbow legs. Kesmi Ashia: *Glances down at the foal.* Yes, Yes I do little one. As do the rest of my family. ^^ kitsune_reflection Prabhat: The rest... *gets very wide-eyed* Are you related to Enfys? Kesmi Ashia: *Giggles some, wobbling a little.* He's my father. kitsune_reflection Prabhat: *gets very wide-eyed* You must be my cousin then! Why's your belly so big? Kesmi Ashia: *Giggles again* That we be and I am going to be having some little ones of my own. ^^ kitsune_reflection Prabhat: But... why's your belly so big? Did you eat some seeds from a plant? Is it growing inside of you? You're not going to explode, are you? I like having cousins, don't explode!
*tries to look smart and knowledgeable* Babies come from eggs. Did you find some eggs? Kesmi Ashia: *Laughs some* I can imagine I'm carrying more then just one little one within my belly. *Lowers her head and nudges the foal some.* And I'm not going to explode. kitsune_reflection Prabhat: In your belly? *pictures crazy plant babies in Ashia's stomach* Um. I'm glad you're not going to explode. That would be very bad. I'd be sad, and Enfys would be sad, and Iris would be sad, and dad would be sad... everybody would be very sad! Kesmi Ashia: *Laughs again shaking her head* I think our families will be happy when my little ones arrive. And you will have some young cousins arrive and ready to play. ^^ kitsune_reflection Prabhat: *makes a face* Will they be less annoying than my brother and sister? ...and I'll be older, won't I? I might even be a man then. *poses dramatically* Kesmi Ashia: *Tilts her head some* I don't know how they will be acting. I have no control over that. Though yes you will be older, perhaps even fully grown, who knows what nature has in store for us all. ^^ kitsune_reflection Prabhat: My parents don't have any control over me either. That's why I run off so much... dad doesn't like that. Oh no, no no no, he sure doesn't! *looks down at his legs* I'm not sure I want to be big. I like being small. Sometimes. *looks back up* And I know how to talk monsters out of eating me. I've already done it. And they were big monsters too. Or one of them was. But she said she wasn't a monster. But that's just because I talked her out of eating me.

I see you haven't exploded, and you're not all big and round anymore either. *spies the egg* Hello little snowflake. *grins* Zakiax Wystan: *Settles down next to Ashia nuzzling her neck lightly, his tail curled around the eggs* Opaline's Egg:*Lays silently enjoying the warmth from Wystan's tail* Kesmi Ashia: *Looks up and smiles some* No, I didn't, though there was a time I thought I would have. xD *Noses her eggs again* The little white one I think I will be calling Itzen, it sounds pretty. Itzen egg: *Wobbles again as it was nosed around, Almost like it were shivering.* Kesmi Ashia: *Turns her head and nuzzles Wystan back. Leaning back against him some while looking to the eggs before her. I haven't met them yet, though... 'twould be interesting. Kesmi Ashia: Yes, four brothers. I was the only female out of the five of us. And my brothers still have a tendency to treat me like I'm still a little foal. xD They can be silly sometimes. Zakiax Wystan: Aye they can *He agreed* Though I only met Kesh out of your brothers.

Kesmi Ariana: *Grins sheepishly at the male.* Well thank you, oh so kind sir. *Throws her head forwards, tossing her mane onto her face before sweeping back upwards and her mane flying back into place.* But that's what all the stuffy adults are like, if you ask me. Just waiting for something to happen instead of. *Dramatically quick prance from side to side, her tail swaying behind her.* Doing it. I mean, what does all the waiting really do? Nothing if you ask me. kitsune_reflection Prabhat: *completely fascinated by the mare* Perhaps they're afraid? Although that can't be quite it, for my father's always crying doom and he's gone out and seen the world. But to hear him say it, the world is no place for a young stallion like me. To be honest though, I think he's about given up, as far as keeping me in line goes... *grins suddenly* And I'm finally old enough to see the world for myself, all of the little wrinkles and nooks and crannies, without him coming to fetch me back. Kesmi Ariana: *Wrinkles her nose hearing of parents wanting to bar their children from the world like she's herd of some keeping birds in cages so they can't fly.* Sounds like someone's paranoid of even his own shadow. As if it would leap from the ground and consume him body and mind until his nothing more then a puddle of disembodied masses. *Shudders* Not a pretty thought mind you, but hey, not EVERYTHING in this world is pretty... *Glares off in the distance as if something were there.* kitsune_reflection Prabhat: That... describes him quite well. Mother says he's gotten better, but he'll always believe that he's carrying ill luck behind him like a cloud of midges. Nasty little things, midges. Kesmi Ariana: *Turns an eye back towards the male.* I would say not, then again. Maggots aren't that pretty either, the way they fester one the bodies of the dead. Before even the pyrin and other flesh eaters can get their greedy little hooves and paws upon them. *Shivers making a gagging sound* All this nasty talk is making me feel green much like the algae I eat. You ever eat any? The ones in the salt marshes are really good, with the little fish that might get caught within them... Though some make it hard to eat... *Closes her eyes to think* kitsune_reflection Prabhat: *wrinkles his nose, slightly put off and unsure what to say* Maggots... *perks up at the change of subject* Salt marshes? I've never been, but it sounds delightful. Is that where you're from? Kesmi Ariana: *shakes her head clearing her mind of the nasty images that might have been still plaguing it.* Yes, *Answers after a moment* Yes, after I escaped the forests of the daft, stuffy old bat that happened to be watching over me ever since I could remember. A stuffy one she is, always with the rules, and her little bark eater... Would you like to see them? The marshes I mean, I can lead you to them... If you can keep up with me. *Grins as she crouches low with her forelegs, her rump in the air and tail twitching behind her like a dog's tail would wag.* kitsune_reflection Prabhat: *hesitates for a moment, but soon gives in* Lead the way! I do sing, but uh... not when anyone's listening. ...I hope. :X kitsune_reflection Prabhat: I tend to sing when I'm on my own, but I sing rather loudly so in the end people usually hear me. That was the case when I met Hoshi: I had strayed from the herd and sang a song about defeating monsters to scare away any potential threats. Hoshi heard me. *laughs* A bard... yes, I would like that. Perhaps I should learn how to sing properly some time. Perhaps I'll have learned how to sing better before we meet again.
